I am not a lawyer, but my free advice would be that anyone not designated as a party to the MOU, who none the less presented themselves for the purposes of exercising the agreed rights and responsibilities enumerated in the MOU, would not only expose themselves to a risk of conviction for fraud, but would be personally liable, even if they carried some fancy business card that said LLC on it.    
 
The individuals parading as MOU West Reps would be lucky to be charged with mere trespassing.... compared to what mess they could really get themselves into.

No west pilot wants to leave PHX. Not even for a space shuttle bid. Get real, west pilots aren't motivated by things like money and sub 100 degree June temps. Poser.

Absolutely I will. If necessary. Why would you think the candidate I choose, in fact work for, would be the "least of all evil?" Or were you going to simply tell me which one was the candidate to vote for, based on your judgment? You can rest assured that if Hummel is recalled there will be a candidate of my political leaning running to replace him.
 
I see the scenario you suggest, and it simply will not be allowed to happen. The malcontents running this recall will not get into office by simply being the only choice other than Ferguson. In light of our recent gains, this entire affair speaks to why this East pilot group has been losers for so long. Not getting "all" you want or even deserve should not continue to be a reason to get nothing. We have MUCH more than nothing now, ratified by 75% of us.
 
A new election puts this apathetic East pilot group in a real pickle.  In this particular case, they will indeed reap what they deserve, piss ant elections be damned.

Parker was afraid of an MOU being sent out without a unanimous endorsement from the BPR.  Did the APA make it a habit to accommodate Horton... Parker?
