I also believe there was an agreement between the Secured Creditors and US management that they would be compensated extra for hitting certain dates to have things done? I believe it's in the POR agreed to between both parties.

They simply saw the catastrophe that was UAL/CAL and didn't want to see a repeat since time is money.

I agree but they have one union and we have this mess of a association. If we went with one union we might not be having these types of conversations. Greed is why we as members are so upset over all the promises and lies. It's not going to stop. We'll just get them next time. Strength in numbers meant something in unionism years ago. Today it only means more money in the unions pocket. Sometimes you sit back and want to believe this is all a nightmare. When do we wake up?

You should ask your Local President or AGC why so far they are only meeting once a month? Some of those guys I know will be happy to tell you.

Doug Parker has stated that the Delta + 7% is budgeted with no givebacks. He further explained that that does not mean there won't be any changes in the work rules, but line for line the raise is budgeted. If you have not, watch the Town Hall meetings.

yeah take for instance LAA at this station rotates days off  LUS does not, LUS and LAA have about the same amount of flights but due to LAA business model they have more people giving them the majority. I dont look forward to rotating days off after 38 years but what can I do

Ah LGA. My first station and what I still to this day call home. Queens.

I did president said he and the committee are ready. Parker said the company is ready he talks to the Association and they aren't ready. Where is the disconnect?
Even emailed david virella, still waiting for answer two weeks later. I have been told that he will not answer.way below his pay grade to engage peons.

David Virella does not like AMTs.  Also he will not release the figures used to determine our raise on Sept 12.  He won't even answer local union presidents so he will not answer any of us peons.  Welcome to Harry Lombardo's TWU.  Want an AMT on the international staff?  Too bad.  It's gonna be ugly.

Maybe you're asking the wrong people? Who is in charge of the Association for the first two years? (Hint)

Until the company opens up or approaches to open this is just posturing by the two unions.
 
We have two contracts and AA is in no rush to give you a new deal unless they benifit some how.
 
AA has said delta +7% but that is life of new deal not a lump sum at signing.
What about RETRO?

Sof we have to keep begging to get answers? Our international reps are too busy or don't care to answer members email or questions? Why do we pay these people?

Perhaps removing David Virella from his position would be the answer?
