The FA'S 9.9% for 50 and over only, has a limited shelf life. There's an expiration date attached to that. It drops back down contractually to 5.5% I think in 2018.bigjets said:

GP is part of the group which will be sent to negotiations, Shouldn't he at this point be giving us ALL a play list of what is being talked about by both the TWU & IAM? As Local 591 Prez isn't he supposed to report to us? He is an elected TWU Officer who works for us. What is being discussed if he is truly part of the inner circle in this process and is being kept in the loop should be telling us all.
Has any station had GP and the rest of the team come to your city ask you what you are expecting when the process starts?
The TWU Intl and the Dist. IAM Lodge who run this joint Assoc. aren't being forth coming with info it starts with GP.
Isn't time we as Local 591 members demand GP, to show us?

That is the mind set we need to change. It's 2015 if you didn't realise it, our current contract does not become amendable until 2018. Contract talks usually take couple of yrs. Do you want to have a 20yr contract. get real!!!!

The fact is (right or wrong, and I believe wrong) Mr. Lombardo instructed all NOT A PEEP about the negotiations or you will be removed. That is fact. You all know that GP has told his sidekick Bob Owens the juicy stuff, yet Bob has been like a cricket...AMFAinMIAMI said:

Pike has been asked at our 567 meetings about what our position is. He says it has to stay confidential so as not to tip off the company. I wholeheartedly disagree, but this is typical twu tactics. Keep the membership in the dark. It will never change.
