You guys need to do what we did.  Our union got tired of waiting for the co's proposal so we sent our own across as a comprehensive package, and this is what started the nego's process.  Waiting for the co's offer is just a way the co is DELAYING the start of nego's.  And BTW, your nego team does not have to wait for a proposal from the co, tell your union to jump start the nego's by sending their very own proposal, don't give the co the chance to start as they will ask for the moon.  Again, the co will put off any proposal for as long as they will get by, and it seems your union will let them.  Tell your nego's to grow some balls and start the process themselves there is nothing wrong what so ever in doing this...
I don't think the company is holding up anything. I think ASS has some issues to resolve I dont know if they are contact issues or more of a power struggle thing. I heard there might be issues with lead seniority. to solve that I say use seniority  if you are an agent with 30 years and want to be a lead  you take your 30 years with you it the only fair way.

And how many years has AMFA been in negotiations with WN?

About the exact same as our pilots but a couple months longer.  Going on 3 years with the F/A's and well over 3.5 years for the rampers.  We are all in the same boat with the co stalling all the groups to deliver what SWA promised to the shareholders for 2014 and 2015.  Now that we are at the end of 15 it looks like things might move forward at a better pace than outside of mediation.  It's all a tactic by the co.  For the co doing this to all the groups and being successful on returning the investments and then some to the shareholders, it is now time to move on and take care of the employees.  Retro is a must for all groups as all these stall tactics by the co were obviously the co's doing and they must be held accountable for their actions.  It's still overwhelmingly full RETRO for our group or NO contract...

Couldn't he say the same thing with your perpetual bottom comment that stares everyone in the face every time you post?
Just saying.

My signature does not reflect all my posts. He keeps referring with the knee jerk answer when he does not have anything else to say. It's like a hit and run.

Of course it reflects all of your posts because it stares at everyone for everything you write. So in essance it's YOU that never stops talking about it. The comment you just made doesn't hide the reality. And if anything its a lightning rod to continue to discuss the issue which is something you want.

Are you going to say that you don't want people to listen to it and sign a card then?

Oh and 7% above the top Delta rate will be more than enough for me.
Good cash.
thats not enough for me without getting our vacation back our 10 holidays back at 2.5 rate the mechanics sick time back full pay starting day one at least the 12 days a year . They took all this away in one swoop .we need to get it back all at once. And no 6 year contracts that's to long.

I'll take a "guess" where things land. The money is the easy part. Looking at other contracts out there I see. 5 weeks vacation for 25 years (6 for 30) 10 Holidays at Double time. 12 days sick at full pay. And Shift Differential returned, IMO.

Might also be a pre 65 subsidized medical utilizing your left over sick bank? (Although I'd like to see some hours replenished)

They're going to want more productivity in return. We shouldn't kid ourselves on that one.

Again JMO.
