I don't think the company is holding up anything. I think ASS has some issues to resolve I dont know if they are contact issues or more of a power struggle thing. I heard there might be issues with lead seniority. to solve that I say use seniority if you are an agent with 30 years and want to be a lead you take your 30 years with you it the only fair way.swamt said:You guys need to do what we did. Again, the co will put off any proposal for as long as they will get by, and it seems your union will let them. Tell your nego's to grow some balls and start the process themselves there is nothing wrong what so ever in doing this...
