It is roughly two weeks since the merger became OFFICIAL.....when should we see tangible changes taking effect? Procedure wise, as each airline attempts to do THE SAME THING in their own special way, WHEN will the changes that directly effect our passengers begin to surface? Is glassware coming back to US/East domestic (removing it was ridiculous....either you offer a F/C product or you don't), will the onboard meal program improve or will the inferior product continue? And what about COKE or PEPSI........it can't be that difficult of a decision (if the Management doesn't want to decide, let the passengers <remember The people that Pay Our wages> have a say in an impromtu poll? Working in this industry for over 25 years (and enjoying most of it) the time has come for rational decisions to be made not only here at The NEW U (at least I hope there is Competent people NOW at the helm) but across the industry, be it UAL,NWA,DL,CO,AA .... Like life in general things evolve and change- this used to be a great industry and the general public looked forward to travelling on an airplane, something happened along the way. Regardless of the times or the airline The Time Has Come, either YOU are part of the SOLUTION or YOU are the Problem.....no more excuses, no more finger pointing.....and yeah I drink koolaid , Jack Daniels!
