The company is not always right are they?

There were over 4,400 active Mechanic and related at US before the last contract vote, not sure how many were on furlough prior to that.

Glad to see you are showing your desperation.
 
And you want all the mtc done at MROs and not have your own mechanics overhauling your planes and adding more jobs.

Proof is in the pudding the heavy checks are not in your contract. They are performed by Timco and Aeroman, not HP AMTs.
I want all USAIR techs back to work that is why I want The IBT to get this new contract now and as I have said the job scope will get that if WE can all go IBT. What can the IAM do wate till 2009-10-11, Get a grip.....WE WILL GET THE WORK BACK IN HOUSE THAT THE IAM LET BE OUTSOURSED AND THE JOBS.

You don't have the scope language for the heavy checks, you never had it and your scope language is still open in the current negotiations.

The members voted on the final offer after our contract was abrogated by Judge Mitchell in Bankruptcy court, just as you said the members are the one's who voted.

And even with the the concessions the IAM/CBA's scope language is better then what you have in the ibt/HP CBA, is that too hard for you to understand?

Go to Timco in Goodyear and Macon or Aeroman in El Salvador, that is where your heavy maintenance is performed.

Mr 700 was a former Lav dumper never a mechanic who went to stores and from what I have read on another posting is currently unemployed!

He spends most of his time waving the IAM flag in hopes of getting a High paying union rep job. You think this guy would be outlooking for a job instead of posting blogs all day. He got sold out by his own IAM but this guy doesnt even realize it.

Open your eyes, you don't have a new contract yet and your scope language is still open.
But WE can have it this year!!!!! not 3 to 5 years as the IAM will have us on hold to see what we get and up our dues and back door us just a little more. BS VOTE IBT AND LETS GET SOME NOW.

Sure you can, you have been in negotiations for two years and still don't have a TA.

You are dealing with Hemenway now, and they know the NMB will rule in favor of the IAM and they are playing you.
