Again, I ask, do they drug test at that company????

 :p :D
To colorfully paraphrase an oft used statement by the  legend in his own mind  : These comments/speculations do not represent the sentiments nor mental  stability of any alleged employees, their relatives, friends, neighbors, people driving along side in cars in and out of traffic, close and/or distant associates, super-secret sources, nor any ticket purchasing consumers ... YMMV, of course. ;)

Wouldn't it make more sense (we're talking relativity, here) for UAL to consider selling the 319s to U, for U to use to replace 37s. Then UAL could use small jets (like say Republic Emb's) to replace mainline UAL and keep TED as is?

Wouldn't make sense for US not to return planes all ready in their fleet instead of the buying them from UAL?

And we all know this whole TED thing is just rumor mongering.

see you are just bashing 320???? Some things never change!!

Maybe, you should read the thread and see that the poster who started the rumor has not provided one shred of evidence or fact to prove his rumors.

I read the thread.......maybe your right....maybe your wrong.....but, YOU have not proven him wrong

He has been proven wrong that TED has no assets, TED is part of UAL flying UAL planes, using UAL's operating certificate and UAL employees.

And he has proved nothing, just another one of his far fetched rumors.

And everytime he, or anyone you disagree with, you just bash/insult, to try to make yourself feel good.....I feel sorry for you 700

Sorry,

You are the one who bashes and insults and this thread is about MDA and TED, can you not add to the topic or do you want to keep stalking me on every single thread where I post?

And like I said, he has not proven with any facts about UAL and TED.

Where myself and others have proved him wrong on what TED is.

I never said you were wrong.......What I think I was trying to say is that you accuse EVERYONE on these threads that disagree with you with your typical verbage of "stalking"...."insult"....ohh...and I think "bashing" is a new one....glad to see you learned a new word!!!

Why don't you go talk to United ALPA officials and ask them what they have heard about United selling TED assets, and for that matter, other's too. If you do not want to believe me, then ask United ALPA officials.

I did. You are wrong once again.

I know it's often difficult for you to understand or consider ideas that don't reflect or agree with your own pre-determined conclusions, so I won’t even try.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But for others who may read these threads hoping to find some factual information, consider that Tilton has a responsibility to consider all options and have several backup plans to cover even the most remote contingencies. The stakes are very high here. If someone mentions an idea like, “hey, lets find out what we can get for these assets… just incase,â€￾ it doesn’t constitute a plan, a probability, or even a possibility. It certainly doesn’t mean any transaction is imminent.

So once again, I did check with ALPA. The response was exactly what countless others have told USA320. Ted is not for sale. In fact it is the one bright part of our domestic structure.

It is also worth noting UA's $80 Milion operating profit even with record fuel prices.

A little common sense goes a long way.

Now... back to reality.
