Mainline 190 Pay

NEWSFLASH!! They're the same folks that are USAPA. The very same people. The east decided to take their ball and go home at the expense of the190 crowd. Oh well.

You are not seeing this. The transition agreement was already signed by both groups long before the East walked out of negotiations. You can thank all that were on either ALPA committee for harming the 190 crowd. ( and as Jim said all who voted yes on TransitionAgreement thinking they would not be there)

E-190 pay can't change even with a new CBA for several more years due to the Transition Agreement section XI. Not negotiable till Jun 2015 unless 4 US carriers are flying 25 by 2013.
Everything is negotiable.
Cheers.

As the elected bargaining agent USAPA can amend the TA (any part) with company agreement.

And USAPA can get the 330 captains $500/hr with company agreement...

In both cases that "with company agreement" is the stumbling block. Parker isn't about to put the company at risk of a hybrid DFR suit without the appeals court saying there's no legal liability just to please USAPA.

OK the only airline I know that flies E190s locally is B6. How much does the NON union FO make?

As someone basically said-if you agree to it, there is NO problem. I am not a fan of the Euro**ash Airbus, but totally hate this Brazilian overgrown RJ wannabe! Fair or not, you make more than a prop CO!

Substantially more money than the person flying the E190 for Doug Parker. The US 190 pilots are being screwed and on top of that, they're paying union dues out of their much smaller paychecks. Ouch! Talk about getting it from both ends!

The B6 payscale ranges from $47/hr in year one to $62/hr in year 2 up to $97/hr in year 12. Except for year one, the B6 190 FOs all make substantially more money than the equivalent US pilots.

Doug Parker has built an amazing profit-making machine on the backs of the employees. If they ever unite and realize that DP is the enemy (instead of each other), the profits at US will evaporate faster than a puddle in Tempe.

Unite, profits evaporate, and the company liquidates - that's brilliant!

Absolutely correct, that Parker has. Stalling on JCBA with Pilots and FA's runs deeper than seniority, I agree with your second sentence above too.

Parker is not stalling. Hate him as you will, he's not the issue.

When USAPA came on property, they reopened pretty much all the sections of the TA.

With this latest filing, Cleary has proven he is in it for the delay. I invite an eastie with experience in law to explain why Mike has just make the company's DJ ripe. So much for a dismissal.

Parker is not delaying. USAPA is.
