Where's the lie? Where does it say that workers can not strike in BK? The fact is that Airline workers, and only airline workers have restrictions as far as striking after abrogation. that restriction isnt "you cant strike." Its you must follow the Sect 6 process and get released by the NMB before you can strike. Didnt the NMB sit in on negotiations during BK because they claimed they still had authority? If abrogated cant the parties resume Sect 6 negotiations?
