Ok. Again let me post some facts for the spin doctor on original pt language concerning back to back. And language in our current contract of 2014.

99 agreement language ( first LUS agreement)

“The company will not schedule pt employees within the same duty assignment back to back where the work requirement can be covered by a SINGLE full time employee.”

14 agreement:
Read above language from 99 agreement.
It is the exact same language.

If you notice the word SINGLE ft shift. So this would relate to any 4 or 5 hour pt shifts. Not 6.5 hour pt shifts. And yes we have fought it. Tim knows we have. He even text me and said good luck that’s a tough one. I’m sure he doesn’t remember, but I still have the text.
Wow you really have given up. You are 100% wrong. Either you are lying or you are just ignorant. You werent around when we fought all this language. Our 4 agcs and 20 of us original Local Chairman had to iron out the language. You werent around. Of course i was upset at miklavic when him and harbinson agreed to harbinsons rule of at least 1 hour between 2 part time shifts. For years it was known as the harbinson rule.
Didnt mean we couldnt win some grievances with 1.5 hours between shifts but at least 1 hour. I know this because this is what we went over at chairman conference as well.
So i must ask you, you said you fought this. I already know you didnt arbitrate this because testimony would have won this. So what do you mean that you fought this? Im calling your bull. You didnt fight squat, CB. You prolly just listened to fairbanks. You are screwing your members by rolling over on the issue.

And also, your fraud email, you said you been fighting. How so? You and our other leaders ditch us on the picket line. Parker will be proud of you. Your members need a leader who will arbitrate that back to back. One look at your clt bid schedule lets me know nobody is home there.
Disappointing but you still have time. The members deserve it arbitrated.

Im lucid. Not ticked although it does make me angry that you guys didnt fight this. Im advocating for your members here so put your ego aside. Has nothing to do with balls but i guess i cant stop you from that sorta talk. Do you even have any idea where we got that back to back language? Chandlee and maccarone plucked it right from the usair teamster contract. Harbison and miklavic had history.

At any rate, why dont you tell those you represent why you decided not to arbitrate?

Its going to get arbitrated if you guys get removed but it should be arbitrated now. Do it.

Your members are getting hosed cb and you listen to management on this and no doubt fairbanks. Your station bid is polluted. How many years does it take for a fulltimer to get day shift? Nuts!

Personally, i like CB but im gonna call him out everytime he says he is fighting when he isnt fighting as he should. He should be picketing but he hasnt because thats bad politics to be seen picketing with twu. He should bring twu into his clt breakrooms but i doubt he has. Politically i take a beating supporting twu pickets cuz lus has a fake narrative that you guys wanna take our health care.

He hasnt fought but he stalls. Truthfully it isnt even his call. They do what sito says to do. If they fought, they would unify in solidarity instead of embarrassing us by standing down.

And he is totally clueless on back to back pt. Totally. Ill arbitrate that back to back part time if im voted in, in April. The members deserve it.
 
I actually didn't know that it wasn't contractual. So the best coverage plan, at least imo, but most expensive plan could be gone without notice if they choose. Not to beat a dead horse but do you know the % for value
My w2 shows a value of 9401.88 I have the value plan after 5 surgeries and waiting on another one in a couple of weeks value plan for me has been worth it
