Weez I see a lot of PTers hired in the 90s and full timers hired after that. That tells me they want to be part timers. Case closed ,check and mate.

Al are you kidding man? I'd be # 20 with 1995. 628 below me. Yea many of them could be FT and just don't want it but that's not all by far.

That's not true Jester. They have the ability to reach $30/hour but most are far from there yet. And remember if it sticks we now have an 11 year scale for them to get there. Because of that here in MIA (Where most PT exists in the system) we already have quite a few peeved off kids. Originally they were placed on the third scale of a 9 year scale for a total of 6 years from hire in to topped out.

I recall about 5 years ago, someone from this forum obtained a "bootleg" AA seniority list and I believe, as an example that an individual with about 15 years was at the bottom 30% for ramp agents system wide. As AA tops out at 11 year scale, I suspect about 80% would be earning $30/hour today. Granted there has been a pretty good hiring streak in the last couple of years, especially in the hubs, so those numbers might have changed but still the majority would be at the $30/hour mark.
