How about cancelled flights, airport open but the Governor declares a state of emergency we have that happen up here during a blizzard from time to timeOn the LAA side, there is a difference between flights being cancelled and the actual airport being closed. If the flights are cancelled, everyone is still expected to report to work. If the airport is closed, then you are not to report to work and will likely be paid the hours of the closure for the time they fall within your shift.
