Um, weez, that is from the iam pension fund people. I got my copy from the iam pension plan administrator. Text me your email and ill give you the plan administratos email to me with the report attached.

Tim after reading the Company proposal, seeing President Peterson's last video and even you saying it's not, I just don't see the need at the moment for me to dig into the research on the IAMNPF..... "IF"..... it's not going to be offered to me.

But thank you for the offer to share the info. Seriously.

I hear ya weez. We dont have a tentative yet so im just putting info out there so peeps will b in nformed. It will b a bit easier for me when i get back to CLT as a pt person at least. Nothing against your TWU but ill never be a member.

IMO... regarding the IAM pension vs. Company Match 401k. The company, once again, plays the numbers within the membership. They are betting the majority of the membership (AA/TWU), within the Association, will expect at least a choice between the two. They will be happy to offer that. LUS (IAM) members will not be offered a choice. Locked into the pension. They, of course are free to participate in the 401k, but without a company match. Could it be interpreted as another concession by LUS (IAM) members? I'm sure it's a concession as far as the IAM is concerned. The question is; what priority does the AA (TWU) members assign to this issue? Company is betting, with a choice offered to TWU members, they have the majority on this issue. Divide and conquer! Tough job reaching a JCBA.

Sorry, but it was divided long before the company put out the "Comprehensive Proposal". As for the "conquer", the company is pulling out all the stops to take advantage of the already existing "division".

I can't think of any response to this comment. And at the same time after I read it this song popped into my head so I'm sharing it.

I place actually no value what so ever on the iam pension plan. As far as I'm concerned it's a chip to be bargained away.

I'm to stupid to "get it", so since I like the song, I'll just enjoy it.
