Not saying I disagree with you. Just trying to explain what the issues are when scheduling. Like I said, that's part of the negative side of the association. Where normally you just need one team to make sure they are available for certain dates. With the association, there are two teams that have to have availability, and many times the dates the company has in combination with two different union leaders, just doesn't match. Believe me, many on the negotiating team would love to go ahead and negotiate every day and get this over with. But that doesn't mean we are going to roll over and accept a pos from the company to get it done.What I want and I think the members deserve is at least 2 weeks on 1 week off. As long as this has dragged on, and with as many members as this affects, this should be the 'big guys' number one priority for at least 2 weeks on and 1 week off.
