Come on Weez we get 3% over delta plus differential and say 10 holidays. The healthcare can be the same (AA) with yearly adjustments and the contract will pass and you know it and so do they

No I don't know it. I'm glad that you're so positive.

P. Rez:
The TWU guys in PHX told me they are voting no if the LAA insurance comes back for a vote.

To Add to that P
Tell Sito and Harry that anything that forces LAA into the IAMPF in any way , shape , or form, it's a non starter
Don't waste our time bringing that to us
It's a Hell No.

Please speak for yourself on this issue. If we still kept a decent 401k match and are included in the IAMPF, I'd be a YES vote for that and so will many others I've talked to.

You and I don't speak for everyone.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it but you seem like the type who would go to a baseball game in the rain in late September and root for your team even though they were eliminated from contention in June. Just wishful thinking or a complete waste of time?

OK I'll put it this way would you say it is LIKELY to pass with that scenario

Al there is no way of saying? It completely depends on what's in the rest of the contract?

But for a measly 3% and a few Hollidays as you described I DOUBT it?

TWU people are disgusted by what they pay in medical costs. You and I don't honestly understand that because we're single and aren't getting murdered on it. Guys are still even after the raises picking up all sorts of CS's and OT to pay their bills.

I think you should get out of that box of yours and head over to the TWU side at LGA and start talking to those guys IMO.

I don't care about Sports. It's all about what I think is financially best for "me"

And the truth is except here on Forums (Mostly in Maintenance) I don't see everyone raising Cain like they do over there. I just don't.

I've written many times what "I'd" like to see and am tired of rehashing it.

I don't hear anyone here in customer service complaining.

BTW Al $600.00 is as much as I pay for both my Mortgage and Maintenance fees. My car payment is less than half.

bob it can be done but there will be major delays and that could potentially cause passengers to misconnect their flights Tell me bob would that be fair to pax bec of the company wants to cut cut cut to save a dime at the expense of their utter failure to properly staff stations? Not to mention injury rates will sky rocket thru the roof

Why should they talk about something that's already out of their control? Medical costs also aren't really your usual daily conversation starter either.

"Good morning Al, my medical costs are killing me"

I don't know people do talk about health and the out of pocket costs. Weez everyone else in the company has AA's plan so will we

I find that hard to believe,if true we may not see a contract for a long long time. You are aware that all settled work groups and Managers have AA"s plan. I don't see them making an exception I also don't see some TWU dude in DFW holding out for the US plan and leaving money on the table

Albert,
I was speaking of the IAMPF only.
It will not pass a vote on the LAA side M&E contract, that is a lock.
Maybe, they can sell it to fleet LAA, no way it passes M&E.

So what's the bet then Al? I say the costs will be somewhere in between.

That's my bet.

The latest I'm hearing is the IAM is in fact wanting to force our frozen Pension monies into the IAMPF.

Maybe ole Charlie and P Rez can comment?
