JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet

30? you do realize that on the LUS side the scope is 1 flight. If they insist on 30 or even 20 I'd say see you in 2018. Look for it to be between 8-14 with some grandfathering

Agents currently have 35 Mainline departures weekly to restaff and remain staffed.

I'm not going to guess how many the final number will be Al but if you remember the Company did put the caveat on your 1 flight with the disclaimer

"Until a JCBA is reached"

So the obvious intention of the Company was not to stay with the 1 flight formula.

Of course not 1 is outstanding and I was surprised they'd even agree to it just for the fact it would make future negotiations more difficult for them. On the other hand LAA's (17 or 14???) was reached in bankruptcy there is no way we should do worse than that. it would be an embarrassment. Now the company will probably say more hubs more flights etc

Look at (RGG) EWR they are now 100% AA metal yet it is staffed by LUS fleet agents with the LAA agents on the bottom due to interim agreement. It makes you scratch your head

EWR is currently at 3870 annual departures, you need 7300 to re-staff with TWU.

LUS metal doesn't count towards the total since we still have two separate CBA's.

Jan 4. Wednesday.
RDU - LHR 1 x 767 (LAA)
RDU - LGA 2 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - PHL 3 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - CLT 2 x 321 (LUS) 5 x 319 (LUS)
RDU - MIA 4 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - ORD 2 x MD80 (LAA) 1 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - DFW 2 x 737 (LAA) 3 x MD80 (LAA)
RDU - LAX 1 x 319 (LUS)

26 mainline flights on a non-holiday weekday. The schedule at RDU is dictated by primarily business travelers. I think Bob did a sample from Jan 1. A weekend and a major holiday.

Jan 7. Saturday.
RDU - LHR 1 x 767 (LAA)
RDU - LGA No mainline.
RDU - PHL 3 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - CLT 1 x 321 (LUS) 1 x 319 (LUS) 2 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - MIA 4 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - CUN 1 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - ORD 1 x MD80 (LAA) 1 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - DFW 2 x 737 (LAA) 3 x MD80 (LAA)
RDU - LAX No flight.

20 mainline flights on a non-holiday Saturday.

Jan 8. Sunday.
RDU - LHR 1 x 767 (LAA)
RDU - LGA 1 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - PHL 4 x E190 (LUS)
RDU - CLT 4 x 319 (LUS) 1 x 321 (LUS)
RDU - MIA 4 x 737 (LAA)
RDU - ORD 3 x MD80 (LAA)
RDU - DFW 2 x 737 (LAA) 3 x MD80 (LAA)
RDU - LAX 1 x 319 (LUS)

24 mainline flights on a non-holiday Sunday.

Definitely not 6 LAA mainline flights as stated in Bob's PDF and definitely not 12 daily flights as you listed. RDU is a bustling market. Busy little bees. Take in mind that the old LUS and LAA sides are on opposite ends of the terminal. If one flies in from CLT and is connecting to LHR they will walk the Green Mile. LUS fleet service crews work LUS metal and American Eagle fleet service work LAA metal. All the LAA mainline fleet service guys were furloughed.
To Be fair, I will admit checking only one day as a reference, so to give a better comparison, I took a week starting from 1/7/2017-1/14/2017:

738D 37 AA
738A 17 AA
A321 8 US
SP80 35 AA
319W 24 AA
76RP 9 US
319S 2 AA
E190 47 US
H319 8 US
A320 13 US

Subtracting the 47 E190s, you get 153 weekly and 21.8571 daily.

I was bringing up the irony of the situation at EWR all flights even those to CLT amf PHX are LAA metal

Why are you subtracting E190s they are as much a mainline flight as one of the 737 of 777

Oh no. It absolutely will be far better than that. No matter what I can't see personally the Company being able to put forth any argument against at least matching PSA?

Anything more than that would be an insult.

Besides it looks like more in staffing is the order of the day. Bringing the work in House paying decent wages assures more quality control and the airlines only way really of competing against each other in the future will be through better customer service.

All these meltdowns at Airports with subcontractors just isn't working for a positive public appearance.

Thank God I didn't send Bob's resume to Centerport.

Sad thing is Bob may have have to go back to crossing wires again?

Use the color codes Bob. The color codes.

You E190 don't count as a mainline flight. How many passengers can it hold? If its any less than the A319 then its considered a express flight.
You are 100% wrong it is flown by mainline pilots and attendants. You know the lighting at those strip clubs isn't the best and the girls don't like when use your phone

Maybe a mop boy at a peep show although he'll have to wait because I put my application in first. Although I'd probably get fired the first day for "goofing" off
