Of course, they are a mainline aircraft the E-175s are not. Somebody pull up a picture of an E-190 for Bob it will show American Airlines a/c not a American Eagle. Bob they are getting rid of them in a couple of years so it really doesn't matter.

It reads American. Flown by mainline pilots and staffed by mainline flight attendants. The E190 is here until 2019. It still has some time left.

You don't have to tell me, its Bob who is thickheaded, never was until he moved to TX oh well

It wasn't directed at you but was for Bob's library of knowledge if he should ever intend to use it. Think he'll go down kicking and screaming, however.

Bob look at wiki it will show the E-190s are in mainline fleet. NYer didn't AA have Fokkers a few years back they were mainline weren't they. I think you guys might even have one Fokker working at DFW

They dumped the Fokkers out in the sand years ago but yea we worked them.

Loved the APU at the front of the plane. Made a great hand and rump warmer in the winter.

Again, the issue is who flies the aircraft. If it is LAA, then it counts towards the TWU Scope threshold. If it isn't LAA, then it doesn't count towards the threshold.

In the past, the size of the aircraft determined which fleet it belonged to as the LAA pilots didn't fly any aircraft under 77 seats, I believe,

I'm looking at a future contract and what that scope might be. Your scope is from a bankruptcy contract and should only be improved upon

That's the hope but there are challenges to overcome, notably the Delta Ready Reserve and the United Scope which seems worse than our current position.

Actually we've been losing cities to be quite honest since I first hired in. RDU and BNA being the biggies when I first walked through the doors. And then a bunch here and there during the 03 concessions as well.

Off the top of my head and there are many more. CMH, ROC, SYR. Way too many if you ask me.

I always felt like the old AA was herding us like cattle being set up for the slaughter.

I think our old HUB Presidents were always just a little too eager to screw the small Station little guy Presidents if you ask me. Too much of the "IGM" syndrome in the past.

Not to mention that they also picked up a lot of Express work (I.E. Envoy) and they also got rid of the tier classes in regards to pay and benefits.

2024 is 7 years out from now. Sometimes to move forward right you have to take one small step at a time.
