6. I will consider all timely filed protests and issue a final and binding determination with respect to each. After deciding all protests, I will issue final integrated seniority lists, incorporating any necessary adjustments or corrections in light of my protest determinations. It is intended that the final lists will issue by December 1, 2016. However, the Company has agreed that it will not implement the final lists until new joint collective bargaining agreements have been reached and ratified.

Has anyone heard anything about the seniority integration list that was supposed to be published on 12/1/16?

Rogue…..

Despite what some here want you to believe, there is still much disagreement between the IAM and TWU.
I would not be surprised at all if this is just another example. I do not believe he was deciding and the Ass
was going to go along with it, if I understood it right, he was just going to give his professional and expert
opinion. Probably another article the Ass cannot agree on even though they spent thousands having this
guy work something up.

And just what are the at logger heads about?

The decision for delaying the big seniority reveal, until a contract is signed and the full integration plan is announced, makes me think that a ill wind is about to come our way.

Start looking at 35 mainline flights at day outside of a hub and that's pretty much eliminates most stations. Figure how many flights could realistically make a bank in a hub, especially the fewer transcon flights distances, and then the trade off of Express flights covering shorter distances. With LAX, PHX, ORD, DFW, MIA, CLT, PHL, JFK and average 4 daily mainline flights to each hub would be generous to most non-hub stations. Throw-in the shorter distance flights (PHL-BOS, PHX-TUS, etc.) with higher frequencies could be handled by Express. I could only think of a handful of non-hub stations which would be safe: MCO, LAS, IAH, ATL, and even 20 flights a day would be difficult for most.

The number I've heard that is being bandied about is "30", and don't ask where I heard it. But it sounds believable to me.

The Association is dysfunctional, and was a bad idea. I think even the unions knew it was a bad idea which is why we never voted on it. As time has passed the Association has had a harder time disguising the poor results. What started as an idea to prevent people from getting screwed has reversed itself and is now showing its ugly face. Why hire that outfit for seniority when they already had an agreement? Makes you wonder if they agree on anything. The company takes full advantage of the bumbling Association and is probably laughing all the way to the bank.I know the LUS guys have a better deal with health costs and holidays and I'm glad for them. I know many legacy AA guys are very unhappy with how the TWU got us into this and bumbled other issues like prefunding. They bumbled their way into the raise we got thanks to Delta and United. We have some real problems with the Association and more to come.

Going to be great having 5 year guys who took CC as a way to get Full Time be senior to 20 and 30 year men who took CC so they didn't have to crawl around in the belly after paying their dues for decades.

We've already got junior CC's running their mouths over here about how many CC's they'll have beat "Once things get fixed".

where are you getting that? at LUS it's not done that way

30 flights a day as scope for a day is pretty much a deal-breaker for me. I could understand the company position if there were only a few flights spaced out throughout the day and the staffing required, but around 6-8 flights a day would appear reasonable to me. US contract has, I believe, 56 flights average per week (8 flights a day); however, some stations had a requirement of 90+ flights a week, which I think was unfair to treat stations differently and needless to say, those higher number stations were closed.

I'm working out of IAH and we have those numbers. They downgraded our mainline flights for the holiday season but it's about to pick up after the holidays. We've been hearing our station will reopen. They are spending a ton of money on upgrades and adding an admirals lounge. I guess time will tell soon.
