What have you ever done to help your brothers and sisters?

You have eight years in the industry, I had over 20.

I've verified all of his claims with people. He's not "claiming" anything. He knows and was there.

And BTW Bob. This man went through the 7 pits of Hell and came out on the other side.

The Industry has change what worked ten years ago would not work now  The way unions are viewed has change except by  a few on here. You really don't know what Bob has been through  do you?

The Industry has change what worked ten years ago would not work now  The way unions are viewed has change except by  a few on here. You really don't know what Bob has been through  do you?

Not in life, no. But in our industry he's readily admitted he's been through nothing. He hired in to AA after our 03 concessions.

To me the guy more than "earned" his right to give his opinion. Message board or not. And in or out of our industry he's more Union Brother than most of the people I know who are still in a Union right now.

In industries like ours, Unions are not a dieing breed. And I have noticed improvements outside of our industry as well. But Unions needed to change their way of thinking and tactics. Admittedly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. IMO the IAM as an organization are STUPID not to offer you a job back in the fold. I'd hire you. And even look forward to the many arguments and disagreements we'd have. (Like we do now)

The organization again IMO could use a guy like you back in as long as you never kiss anyone's arse.
