Sorry WP, not sure what that means.
When AA closed cities in bankruptcy LAA people were displaced .LUS still operated  in those cities. LAA people were told they could go back when there were openings but they would have to go on the bottom of the LUS seniority list until a joint contract.  They wouldn't take a pay cut but they would bid on the bottom.

You and I know that's not the case. We both know some offers have been better than that. There is no way they are going to give the agents 10 holidays and try and stick us with 5 (our contract). Neither contract has ready reserve, are they seeking that with the Delta pay. Are they trying to increase the cap on part time to 50% W? This answer you seem to be accepting is nothing more than a blanket statement that is recycled in update after update...why are you so afraid of the Ass throwing it on the table. Why do feel it has to be top secret. Why won't you exercise your right as a dues paying member and demand the Leadership stop with the lip service, stop allowing AA to call them liars and demand action. Here you go, here is our proposals, now let's show the members yours (AA). You ever wonder why unions are trusted less and less...accountability and transparency. Something they can control, but instead want to keep the members on a leash, at bay, in the dark if you will. I want to trust the union, and for the most part I do. But if I have to beg, fight, scratch to get every bit of information about stuff that does and will affect my life in the future, then something isn't right. Hell, AA is who I should be doing that with, not my representation. Lombardo had me sign up for some unite letter the other day. Cool, now what, was that the first shot, what are we going to do now. Obviously it didn't phase AA the first session or two after that showing of force...the update was the same. The Association knows how many of us feel my way, and the Association also knows how those on your side of the fence feel as well. Right now apparently they feel your side is the right side. Hopefully in the not to distant future, our fences will mend and we do have that industry leading contract.

Not sure honestly if they can give details or of its a really smart idea? By giving details things could be made even worse if some members say "I'll take it" just get me the money dammit?

I'm just personally 50/50 about it.

See Weez I told you, it's time for Tim to save the day. Unless Tim is on his second six pack and getting beer muscles.
I barely drink beer actually and i am an avid workout freak. I bike l0 miles a day, sometimes 20. I got plenty of muscle. Dont let the camera and extra clothes full ya.
I also do 4 rounds a day on the heavybag.

That said, it looks like we have our first concession. Prior to today, lombardo and sito claimed "industry leading contract". Today, lombardo rejecting the term and said "fair contract" and he said it twice.

The message that sends is significant to the company, and myself or anyone else who understands negotiations.

They dont know what they are doing. These negotiations are EASY. shouldda been done a year ago. The fiasco is the egos and the reality that these two moronic regimes are infighting and still have no unity of health care, scope, duration, retirement, or wage. If they put their monkey egos aside and didnt have to negotiate against eachother then maybe they may have been bright enuf to wrap this up 12 months ago. But Nooooooooooo.

Im goin to break it off in their (twu iam)collective arses if they continue to refuse to put the members first. Ill mobilize a network and peeps to kick this double donged Association the hell out of here if they dont get their shiat together very very soon.

Tim did you come to LAS one time about 2.5 years ago looking for me? Because I remember a dude from ORD looking for me, finally making contact, and I did invite you or someone from the IAM to our union meeting, was that you?
