I agree with you that these negotiations should have been very easy under the best environmental conditions, except for the constant mishandling from day one by the association. I think you would be a tremendous resource in negotiations, so why haven't they asked you to join them or have they? If I were in charge, I would have tried to bury the hatchet with you long ago. But for the members sake, I think you should be placed on the negotiation team. They could always fire you again afterwards if they see you as a political threat.
In simplest terms, I stand on principle and put members first, so it would be impossible for them to graft me in. A light among darkness they dont want. Therefore, when they fire me, as they did again last month, it is the exact sorta thing we would expect from a group of self serving individuals. A TA really could be had in a few days, and they can say what they want but the company really is willing. I have to be careful not to put my ego ahead so i couldnt rule anything out for the members but i would be useless as a negotiation committee member and more effective doing the side bars with the company working everything out in extremely quick fashion.

Can you give us all a little taste, if and when you do get around to making this vid post it here.
Yes. Are you in my fb group "the association"? I have 1800 members there.
I will start posting key things here as well. A taste? Lets just say that they havent changed their managing of the iampf for now.

Weez, WP and others, are any of you on Tim's FB page "the association"?
Any time I have been on any of Tims group pages he bumps me off when I start to go against the things he says there. He's also knocked off every IAM leader who has ever been a part of it and spoken out.

He will let you stay though if you keep your mouth shut.

Personally not interested in the slightest at just monitoring Tim. I like to be able to shoot the ball.

BURP.

Credibility:

Tim is mentioned in this article but particularly read the last three paragraphs on the first page.

Now think of this. Tim claims that he only needs to work 20 hours per week living in very expensive ORD. He also said he takes 10 trips per year. He's said (claimed) that he's an excellent investor and that's how he makes his income? Ok. Well how does he have the time to do such incredible investing and spend so much time on here and Facebook? Are the returns on his personal investments so great that he can afford to just let them ride with no care?

Why does he live in a Studio in ORD if he is so well off? Why does he put so much urgency into trying to undermine our negotiators without saying one single thing he thinks they might be doing well? Why such a sense of urgency recently now that the company and our Unions have reached the point of hard exonomic articles?

Things just to think about?

I was thinking about emailing the appropriate company person and sito offering my assistance in cleaning up the mess.
It may undermine Sito and display that he cant control his peeps but his ego and lack of inability to work thru the current issues is costing each of us $1,250 a month in additional wage and benefit.

Unfortunately, he was more concerned about us paying for his son's new gig as pop appointed him and fronted the appointment with $100,000+ of our money.

You gotta let that whole studio thing go. Some people prefer living that way, and spending on experiences rather than a mortgage. And don't forget; living in an apartment likely means not shoveling, either.

^^this^^^
I could afford a million dollar house and a mazerati if i wanted fwiw. Id rather utilize my blessings in other ways. I live a modest life.

If i needed money then i might not have had the freedom to walk away from a $100,000 job.

Deep Throat contacted me recently and i agreed to run IAMleaks. Deep Throat claims to have access to internal memos and emails from various IAM bosses. I will establish a new youtube channel and ill initiate reading all documentations. The iam just dont listen and they continually bring this on themselves and dont learn from the error of their ways.
