I do not have first hand knowledge. I'm not party to the side bars. Actually, the only first hand knowledge is with Glass, upper crust of TWU and IAM. Not even all negotiation committee has first hand. That said, how would I know? Well, it seems as if the information is becoming more common. I have no idea what happened this week.
What I do think is a crime, is that the updates are a joke. They mention the word 'progress' in every update but are misusing that word. Also, they aren't attacking Parker at all in updates. Sure Prez can come on here and claim Parker is a brute, but the official updates are lovey dovey and scream progress. Like anything, peeps can believe what they want.
At the end of the day, we should have a good contract regardless this fall as long as all parties are fair. But again, we can't expect any movement on scope, wages, etc., if our Association has refused to open up those articles. Only 7 articles are open right now. After 3 years the TWU and IAM still haven't opened up scope, wages, health care, retirement, etc, other than the initial general proposal on December 4th. Regardless of what one believes, there is no evidence backing up the Association claims, and a very weak lie last week claiming it had to cancel negotiations due to personal conflicts with 4 guys who decided it was more important to dabble with seniority. We can say with 100% certainty that was BS.

They claimed Parker enhanced the first 20 ta's.
So exactly what is parker proposing? Dont just blab the mouth, let us see the halftime stats, otherwise its all bs.
Sorry but it does nothing to say that parker stonewalled overtime, etc unless the association shows us.
Unfortunately, things are deteriorating. They are stealing our money.

Another item is profit sharing. The association is unfortunately unified to consider cashing in our profit sharing due to its shortcomings in negotiations.
I want to remind our members that the non union cwa peeps got ps and wages and other enhancements including scope...and prez was correct that we have more leverage since we arent non union.
But prez cant pick and choose. Otoh he claimed he will deliver far superior than the cwa, but todays update is a drop dead goose egg.
In the meantime, we are out $10,000 when compared to the non union peeps. All the footstomping is a hoax. The health care and other items will be conceded by these peeps, so might as well move on to chapter 4.

The members wanna know what the H is goin on. No particulars in the updates other than Jeckyl and Hyde stuff. One week progress, next week barbie tantrum.
The iampf video will b first up to bat but members need to be informed on the disaster of the association. Thus educational and informational videos will follow as well. The association doesnt want to put out the truth so ill put it out for them.
