If you support a liar especially knowing he's telling lies then YOU condone those lies and aren't much different then the person telling them. What does that say about the personal value of your own integrity?

A my buddy JE out of ORD keeps an eye on that every once in awhile. We all know those guys filed their appeal but the court has been past ridiculous now on getting to it. The frustrating thing is there's nothing any of us can do about it. I can't even speculate when they'll hear it.

But wasn't it Demetris vs TWU if I remember correctly?

I go to the website periodically and go through the pages...lots and lots of cases (appeals)
Not sure if there is any particular order they see them in, doesn't seem to be.

If they're showing solidarity for each other in those negotiations then "I believe" they will show each other solidarity till the end. And who's to say for an absolute certainty that the mechanics aren't done before Fleet?

If one group walks out of those talks before the other it leaves that group staying weaker and gives them less strength at the table since the company is the one closer to the goal line.

And I doubt any of them will publicly announce their intentions on it since everything is fluid.

Sorry, but it shouldn't be up to them, it should be up to the members. Who is paying who to do the job? We are paying them. The CWA got a good contract and they didn't have to wait around for the stews, right? 75% of the CWA was non union with NO SCOPE. They walk out with scope for all stations with 5 flights. The red coats were everywhere, now they are regulated and are paying dues as well. We need to be separate. The stews/Passenger service was separate although the same union, so should we be. I don't want this Association to continue robbing us of close to $1,000 a month. If they can't understand that now, then wait till after this fall if they keep infighting and diaking around. The company put them in time out mode last week in hopes that the two separate groups would get a grip on themselves and work together and I hope they learned from their errors. I can only hope that Parker keeps his patience with those monkeys, for our sake.

Juan does do a good job at providing that info but it would be nice if he didnt butter up to the twu intl all the time. It killed him politically in ord.

I couldn't agree more with that definition. Your misapplication of it earlier was in error. In the context of myself, I am a slob that drinks Miller 64 and likes scratching my balls. Now go run and paste that on one of your dopey facebook groups and strip me of any remaining credibility! lol. And don't forget to tell people that I have to work until I'm 70 because I am flat out poor and live in a small efficiency room. ah ha ha ah ha ha ha. And then realize when the IAM Pension video comes out, that it takes someone with NO credibility at all to "Pants" that complete disaster and turn it upside down where it belongs.

As an aside, I automatically updated to Windows 10 and it screwed up my files and webcam. I'm sure a google search will direct me on what to do. So, unfortunately a small delay in the pension video. Alas, even less credibility. What is a gent suppose to do?

You are simply a liar who has a personal vendetta and an ax to grind mostly with the leadership of IAM District 141 because you can't get your way. You make it personal because you're not in the position you feel you should be.
