lol. Nothing fearful about saying that the union has to agree to it. This is a very very dumb conversation with something as big as PS. But for the sake of argument, please tell us exactly how you are going to grieve your own profit sharing check, if it was miscalculated for you personally?

Gross! The guys in there are polluted and toxic (not all). Sorry but I could never be an employee and respect Martinez who can't even apologize to the members after signing his name admitting guilt with the pension. I had a job where my total was $100,000 but I walked away. With me it was all about a service and serving the members. I was already there and walked. I don't need to be employed by anyone who hammers workers and defrauds them and robs them. I have a job that I love right now anyways and I work with all of my friends who are good honest peeps and work on the ramp and are good honest hard working people. That's who I want to be around. I get annoyed being around bull shiatters who screw people.

Yes. I think it's absolutely an issue for the Association as a formed entity. How they went about the formation (The people) have no credibility whatsoever.

They haven't earned it yet.

And they aren't answering any questions
1) Will TWU be forced into IAMPF?
2) Will fleet service have to wait for the AMTs to settle?

The first one I highly doubt but? And the company does have say in that as well.

The second one, "have to" No. Want to? My guess yes.

Weez I value your opinion but in this case I wanted the answers from the union. I think this can be a long (already is) drawn out  process. I don't think the TWU wants to do anything the IAM way and vice versa. They are still discussing how and where  the  AMTs are going to be trained. Sorry if I'm not mister solidarity but I don't want to wait for them, if it were section 6 maybe but not now, no offense to the AMTs

If they're showing solidarity for each other in those negotiations then "I believe" they will show each other solidarity till the end. And who's to say for an absolute certainty that the mechanics aren't done before Fleet?

If one group walks out of those talks before the other it leaves that group staying weaker and gives them less strength at the table since the company is the one closer to the goal line.

And I doubt any of them will publicly announce their intentions on it since everything is fluid.
