We all knew SWA has been very heavy in the upper-upper management levels. Pretty sure this Elliot group saw that right off the bat. They did mention the ground workers minus Pilots and F/A's. Still not sure if Mechanics will be part of the buy-outs or not as of yet. Too early to tell, but, did say a total of 18 airports are included with the ground workers. Time for big-big changes at Southwest. It has been needed for some time, so buckle up folks, it's gonna be a rough ride going forward with this investment group making all the changes.

Southwest is one of the best airlines in the business! Not!... All that propaganda for good PR is fading.

Go read a history of Elliot Management. You better update your resume.

P.S. I will never hire anyone who worked at Southwest because everything I heard about them is ridiculous. And you can't teach an old dog new trick, everyone of them cults do come to an end. Everyone in the airline industry knows the truth. Industry word of mouth vs Fake news from Southwest liberal supporting machine.

too bad, sorry to hear about layoffs.

southwest is learning what aa has learned over the past 10 years or so. why delta has leap-frogged everyone and why united has gotten back in the game.

you need to have and sell premium seats. 1st class. to keep up with labor costs and the occasional spike in oil.

So far not hitting frontline employees, however that could change. They are making changes as we speak. prem seating, assigned seating, started some new red-eye flights for the first time, and we will be going into DFW sometime in 2026 with a couple/few gates to start with after the final W/A restrictions from doing so are removed. Pretty sure we will also see a change in our fleet models soon as well, rather purchasing an airline buying up a fleet if an airline was to go out of bus. It will get interesting thru the next 5 years.

Lets do a quick course on cause and effect.

*Southwest's Public Relations team continually push good fake media thru the public's eye. After all they're doing their job. They do it so well even the fools working for that horribly ran airline are brain washed into thinking this is the "industry standard."

Q4 2022
Southwest execs and their retarded minion leaders get to take off holidays and everything off so they can jerk off. Send threats to their employees to work in -20 conditions with 0 investment in equipment. All but unknowingly watch the whole airline crumble in delays and cause massive cancellations, "A genuisness world record" of the most cancelled flight in one event by passenger.

-2024 Mid
Elliot acquired 10% stake, publishes facts and real talk about how "dumb and dumber" operates. To sum it up, your executives suck and so do your employees.

-Q4 2024
Southwest and Elliot signs an NDA to not bash each other publicly. Your CEO basically sold out his old boss, Gary Smelly (A crap tard of an accountant who should of been fired long ago).

Early 2025
Retards in Executive team for Southwest retired or resign because no one else would hire such a spoiled retard.

Q1 2025
Your CEO Mr. Bob Jordan not only sold out his old boss to keep his job. He sold out all his buddies whom he hired because they all were in the same Frat. Layoff 1750+ employees, never trust that guy who was never up for the challenge of a CEO.

What type of leader you think runs that company? One with decency would resign...

Q1 2025 Elliot ups the ownership rate and will be purchasing 20% stake. They basically own Mr. Bob Jordan now...

The future now is to sell off assets get a 2x return and lay off retards who think they are the hot sh!t.
Congratulations now Southwest is owned by a nasty indian scamming guy name Rakesh Gangwahl and an Outsider Investment group.

Now Southwest is literally a third world airline, owned by nasty indians and liberals. Haha. Yeah they're your boss SWAMech.

Moral of the story, act like a retard and become a retard. Treat your employees like crap and reap the benefits of getting crap.

Let me give you a time line of whats to come from your leaders.(Who are now liberals and indians from third world countries) "Thank you come again" - simpsons.

Orders and Objectives from Elliot and Board of Director Rakesh Indian scammer Gangwahl

"Mr. Robert Jordan is like yeah im on my knees, give it to me!"

*Down size the fleet by 100

*Downsize stations and only utilize stations with profitable routes

*Reduction in workforce via attrition ( that means loading your ass up with work like an indian jew). So you can quit and this time they wont be offering retirement packages.

*Sell off assets and initiate stock buyback to get investor return.

*Exit Hawaiian market due to unprofitability.

Something like fire that dumb ass SWAMECH cause he apparently isn't doing anything productive. Except go on forums and doing PR work for Southwest and that is costing us money....
