I would like to know what Parker meant by finding a new way or new things get these contracts settled.

On a off topic comment, I am completely dumbfounded as to why this equity situation is taking so long to make it through the court of appeals.
Do you think they looking for another way because it's hopeless in negotiations?

He's full of crap. Very easy to settle these agreements. Offer to start with the BEST of the two agreements instead of the WORST and the ball will move a whole hell of a lot faster.

He'd like to find a way of getting the money to us is a stupid comment. Not hard at all PERIOD. Give us a raise right now tomorrow. Spit it out like he did for the FA's. Again he WON'T do it because he knows once we get some money we'll stop pressuring our own guys to hurry up.

That's the truth and you and I both know it.

Me too. Maybe a more lenient cross utilization?Do you work with LUS at DFW
The TWU will NOT agree to let the IAM touch our work until we have a JCBA and its voted on. Not happening period.

If put to a vote would everyone be so adamant at $30. By the way Weez the TWU would be touching  the IAM work too. I'd bet the union wouldn't even tell us the company made the offer

It means the present way isnt working but more importantly has been exhausted.

The twu apparently is ready to resolve things but the iam is holding to positions that only come from section 6 and years of negotiations.

One way or the other, we should get a deal as we may lose our profit sharing if there is no ratification prior to january.

I believe parker over prez cuz parker has already proven he will negotiate in good faith with 80,000 other employees. If the association is on stall and damages our profit sharing in january then we also have to consider getting these bums out.

They better not screw up our profit sharing.

The twu is ok with $30 but 15 flight cap, the iam wants 8 flights but that will only mean $27. $3 less will mean 15,000 subsidizing a few hundred jobs. Its all about the dues. The iam wants extra dues payers, the twu wants higher wages (due to wage x 2 system). For instance, in ord, the twu will lose around $100,000.

Parker basically doesnt want to negotiate against 2. He wants One union prepared and not infighting. If the iam and twu have another in house Biatch fit cat fit then expect another "time out" to be installed.

Oh dear.

The TWU already can touch IAM work. The IAM agreed with that to get you the raises you're enjoying right now. I'm 100% positive they would give us all a raise of the TWU agreed to let you touch our work. The company asked for that before the Association was even formed and were told NO. The TWU needs to continue to tell them NO.

And about money that Parker is supposedly trying to (BS) get into our pockets. When the FA's had a deal in place with work rules the company liked they've been given raises outside of their contract 3 times now. The first was when Parker gave them back the 80 Million they voted down, the second was a 4% to jump over the Delta raise, and the third was a 6% increase in the thought that AFA UAL would be done soon.

So why is ANYONE thinking he can't give us a raise as well and he LMFAO "Needs to find a way" to do it?

Again give me a break with the BS. I'm not a moron.

I am SO happy you caught that. What did Rez say. Tim will throw whatever at the wall to see if it will stick. And again BS cause they haven't even started talking about wages and SCOPE yet.

80% Yes vote. Exactly why my Union told the company as they say in England "Sod off"

But  Rez doesn't know who Wikileaks and you don't know who Josh is

So the union isn't doing what the majority of it's members want. That's what I pay for?I'm willing to keep my contract even it's bad points for a couple of more years for $30.77. Throw in some job protections. If I'm going to be stuck in  this contract anyway might as well take the $$$. It seems like the negotiations are going no where anyway

Wikileaks, Josh, Other People, Tim, Alfred E Nueman, Sybil all inside the same strange warped cranium.

Dude isn't schizophrenic, he's quadrophenic.

You're just one guy. You and I are not "the members". And even if the TWU agreed to a cross utilization with your group the company would probably only pay us a percentage of that 28%. Cross utilization is not the only thing they want.

So let's say they're willing to pay $2.00 for that. Well now we (TWU) just gave the company any and all bargaining power we have. We just blew the entire load. That would be VERY STUPID!!!!!!
