You also claimed you would have 2 videos. I read the union rep and saw Parker video I don't know who to believe I met Parker he seemed nice and not at all condescending on the other hand the union reps were condescending the only time they are nice is when they want a vote or something then they are as George Thorogood said "real lovey dovey" I work for Parker the union works for me odd that they should act that way
With the new pension criminal settlement (civil but imo it is still criminal), i had to redo the video to incorporate the added information. Besides i had another load of laundry to do.

Like I have stated before WP, throw ALL the cards on the table face up from both the company and union and we would know exactly who isn't being honest. I patiently sit by for the IAM reps CB and Prez to stop by and refute what Tim just stated. This is very troubling.

17 is bankruptcy throw that out. How many before bankruptcy?  I  look at 7 or 8 as being reasonable
I would have to look it up WP, but I want to say 10 or 12 2003 pre bankruptcy contract and I believe 7 when times were good.

I'm not to worried  it kind of defies logic when you really think about.Whats very troubling is I can't  get Bob's video out of my mind

Did NYer and WeAAsles hook up in Miami, duke it out and suffer forum preventing injuries...W especially.

Was that even Bob, I don't think so. Bob doesn't have that much hair.

And do you have any proof of this? Or are you just listening to the geniuses in the ready room?

I too am not a fan of this association, but at the end of the day, what is too be done about this? Nothing! This is what we have now and we HAVE to deal with it and adapt whether we like it or not.

The combines unions to date haven't produced any tangible benefit yet, the test will be our next contract.

Agreed. The bar will be the next JCBA. In the meantime... Adapt. Improvise. Overcome. What else can be done?

AANOTOK,

This is Tim's way of creating confusion. These issues have not been discussed in negotiations with the Company yet. Tim will continue to throw stuff against the wall to see if anything sticks. If he is wrong he moves on to the next pile of stuff to throw against the wall. We have not had any sort of discussions regarding his scenario as a NC. I find it troubling, to say the least, on the BS spread by him.

I appreciate you responding P. Rez...thank you!

Update

Fleet did negotiate the week of 12th for a couple of days and we did not put out an update. We are negotiating 5 of the next 6 weeks. We have 22 TA's and are currently working on 7 Articles that have been passed at least once which include vacations, holidays, sick, temp employees and a few others I can't recall right now. There are about 10 more Articles that have not been passed yet.

It isnt bs as far as the twu perspective and iam perspective on scope. At any rate, your membership might be interested in who canceled some previous negotiation sessions.

And hopefully you guys dont enhance our retirement contribution from the company by tossing any enhanced contribution into the iampf without allowing at least a match in the 401k.

Btw, what is your perspective on the iampf settlement this past week?

Tim Nelson said:
Actually, the two unions are at a crossroads. Iam wants less money but 8 flights a day scope ($2 less) but the twu is fine with $30 but 15 flights a day.

They need time to get their S together.
So Tim, are you saying this has been discussed and those are each unions positions? And are you saying (crossroads) this is part of the hold up?
