Question are we not owed a 4% raise the other groups got when we sign a JCBA? If so then where will that fit in on our total hour rate.
Realistically on CB or Prez could maybe answer but what do you guys think?

I've asked that same question myself. Doug said once a jcba is done they will add 4% but not until it's done.

When Parker gave the FA's a raise 2 years ago or so even when contractually they weren't due it yet he said well they eventually would be getting this raise. Well eventually we will have a jcba but dougie has never been in a rush to give us the 4% we will eventually get.

It all started after your Local banished you as you miscalculated NYer. I miss the debates between you and him. Not saying you are stupid but you were clearly outmatched as NYer is always 3 steps ahead of you.

You should redouble your efforts at your Local but start with apologizing to him for all the damage you caused.

Remember, the iam adopted you but you really need to learn from your errors.

That 4% disappeared into the 24% raise we got in 2016. It blended in. The 4% a few years back was given because Delta lept over us after the FA’s got their contract.

That comment again was before he relented and matched us up to the industry (DL or UAL) plus 1%.

UAL was $29.87 and we went to $30.17 (There was our .30 Longevity too)

Now we’re at $30.81 and DL is at $30.15 (No announced DL raise yet)

Well if we gain the original Parker stated 7% above. It’s not going to be 7% + add 4% = 11%.

There will always be people after it’s all done who are going to continue to believe we were robbed of that 4% but as a guy looking to get the max possible value we can, no we weren’t.

I'm not holding by breath by any means over the 4%. If it was folded into the raise we got then so be it, it just wasn't explained very well to the membership. Details always seem to be overlooked.

Tim, NYer is a straight married man with a family. Stop sending him private messages asking him if he wants to go to an oil and rubber bar with you and to maybe check out a good Billy Joel cover band.
