Tim I know DL in a number of cities for Ramp is not completely DL Kev has talked about it before In BWI for example Not the whole ramp is mainline DL despite that DL operates far more mainline than RJs. But remember DL can do as they please anytime they wish for whatever reason
As far as JB I would think JB has contract ramp at most cities except their key cities like BOS JFK FLL(??)
And LAS

Robbed the NK agreement Tim mentioned is terrible. Why should someone working full time in a union job no less be drawing from public assistance? Unions often decry Wal-Mart for paying so little their employees often qualify depending on how many children they may have.

B6 has quite a number of points staffed but as Kev always says we haven’t had anyone from B6 openly identify themselves on this forum.

JB has a lot of their own employees. If organized, they would be immediately contracted out. Period. End of story. Except if the IAM negotiated another awful anti worker deal at JB for JFK as they did at Spirit. Spirit is better off prior to that anti union contract as they had additional stations and weren't limited with the minimum wage and dues that aren't worth it in that situation. At least the TWU didn't completely sell out with management and team up with greed. They simply walked away after destroying 600 jobs. Same thing would happen with Delta at this point, cargo would immediately be contracted out and Kev's station and most stations. Then the IAM would sell out and nab ATL and a couple other stations, at best. Things have changed since the AMFA court case. You guys just don't understand law and have no idea how to research.

As far as Delta, of course they have delta global at many airports. But when you compare to United, Delta wins hands down. Look at United Customer service. They only have mainline staffed in 40 airports. The other 95 are contracted out with United Ground, Airserve, etc. So, what's the difference between Delta Ready Reserve and any other contractor or temp agent? Delta actually has mainline full time rampers in 43 stations. 16 cargo centers, etc.

If I'm in ATL, representation will do me well. But if I'm in a small station next to home, ME GONE, if we get the IAM. And any wage increase is gone for at least 5 years with how the IAM handles these things. Same with JetBlue, everyone loses their job if the IAM comes in except maybe JFK but the IAM would have to sell them out and cut their wages to hold on to JFK. That's the story and that's what has happened after the AMFA case.

The IAM isn't getting anywhere with JetBlue but they have to satisfy the AFLCIO agreement to spend x amount of money on organizing. Their JetBlue, Delta, Boeing, Airbus organizing are complete disasters. They don't know what they are doing.

I remember on the video from AFL-CIO convention John Conigliaro was saying that the IAM is trying to pivot to unconventional organizing, of sorts, specifically the lobster fishermen in Maine and some coalition for Uber drivers and the gig economy.

Remember the IAM bulletin boasting about UGE and McGee? What about the people who worked for UAL in line stations or AS at SEA?

What I don’t get is 700 would always insist the IAM prevailed in both the Airbus and Alaska SEA arbitrations yet they’ve been unable to bring that work back.

I recommend Brother Tim Nelson for lead organizer of IAM District 141.

What? Nobody wants him. Oh.

Sorry Tim. I tried for ya.

Well... I guess he can always count on a vote from that Banker Dude... should we call the DOL and tell them a freaking BANKER supports, and votes for Timmy? I wonder which one of his several personalities he is?

How do you know the NK agreement? Is airline organized labor matters now part of bank teller training?

The Uber drivers is a good question. Our research suggest that these number 5,000 arnd are not associated with any Local according to a local guy. Where are their dues going? UG is now up to 1,700 in just one year. McGee passed by 1,000 as well. These numbers will grow to tens of thousands and choke mainline jobs. Remember, Josh, the United Airline contract has a "Drop Dead" date in the LOA in the back that eliminates ALL mainline scope in 2024. See Alaska Airline all over again. But this time, United Ground will slide right in as the IAM had McGee scab the mainliners at Alaska. But CltRat, Mr Baskett, and PJ don't see the "Big Picture" and only think about themselves. Sad

Gross, I walked away from that job after the IAM hosed the people my team organized. You weren't around and only know of third hand reports. It was the best exit meeting Rich Delaney ever had. We shook hands, talked about sports, etc. I simply couldn't organize, with good concscience, anymore for the IAM because of how they lied and hosed those members. And to this day, this IAM Sucks balls and is one step from being a STD. And that's just in representation. They don't settle grievances, the AGC's just roll right over on all grievances and nobody enforces anything.

And although I'm almost certain we will win the GL officer election, the next thing will be that the GL will move voting to Sundays and ask Churches to conduct our votes for the basement early morning service. Democracy is dead at the IAM, but the Sheriff of Democracy cometh and will get a fiar election.......or else! And that's bad for the TWU and AFLCIO possibly. Just saying. These are exciting times fighting for democracy when unions eliminate it. So Sad though in a way.

I found this comment on FB quite funny but very truthful.

"Rick Anderson Listen all you incumbent fools, next time why don’t we just hold the nominating times on Sundays at around 9 to 11 am I’m sure the churches would let us use their facilities. All of you current jerkoff district and international douchbags are totally certifiably out of your minds. Sooner or later everything will catch up to you and the membership will have the last laugh. I’m not saying Babu is the best remedy but you current executives in district and international positions are one step from being a STD"

Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. You are the one who put the nose into the poo poo so you could get off the job and go to FLL to destroy JetBlue jobs. I know that MIA has banished you after you unsuccessfully tried to dismantle NYer, but trying to dismantle and destroy JetBlue jobs is just going to far weez.
Some friendly advice, you only live once and maybe you should think about going back home to New York and living your last few years out in peace. You aren't a bad guy and I wouldn't have banished you, but you sorta were you own worst enemy. I tried telling you but you just didn't listen.

I'll give NYer props for getting a handle on MIA and not BS ing people like your team did. It finally caught up to your team. Your team was the team that should have won since it had some incumbents on the team, but the lies and juvenile behavior of yourself really tanked your team.
