Tim is not and I repeat not an IAM rep nor in negotiations.

He is also not maintenance and would have no clue on what our maintenance NC will negotiate in regard to premium seniority.

This is a Fleet topic not maintenance so it’s not the proper thread to even ask that.

All existing leads and Premium seniority for Maintenance have had their seniority dates decided by arbiter Javitz a while back.

How it’s going to be dealt with for new leads or other premium positions is still being negotiated for maintenance.

Fleet seniority has NOTHING to do with maintenance, too hard to understand that?

No I never said a lead stock clerk represents mechanics, he is there to represent stores as they are under the same contract.

Stop with the lies and fake posts.

First of all, I was not asking you. Secondly, I asked Tim who's responses I respect and trust. Thirdly, I did not ask if it affected fleet only. This is where you fleet guys don't understand the differences not only within the same contract but how it deals with different groups within the same contract.
If premium seniority is handled the same way at both carriers for fleet, then it very well may not affect you fleet boys. But if LAA's premium seniority and LUS's premium seniority is handled differently (as is the case for the mechanics in the same contract) then it will in fact affect you fleet boys. I know you guys have lead and CC's in the fleet group because you yourself have said that the lead stock clerk represents the mechanic and related groups at the nego. table. Let Tim answer for himself, he does not need you to do anything for him.
Why the F should you care how things are handled here at LAA. And who the F is Tim? A no body, he couldn’t tell you anything of any value because he is just a part time clerk and not involved in any union crap at all. Do all of us a big favor and never post here again.

I see you still cannot comprehend. Keep posting your doing great. My question was not maint. only question which you cannot comprehend. You are the one that does not understand. No lies, and no fake news. It's just news you do not want to face, therefore you keep the blinders on. You will see come T/A day trust me...

Now now Bob. I care about any and all contracts that affect me in the industry. I would like to comply with your request but cannot. I will be here until it is proven failure of ILC by this BS asso. forced down the throats of the AA'ers and the IAM'ers. Calm down dude, you need some Xanax there buddy?

You seriously have comprehension problems.

He answered you already.

Both AA and US Fleet do it the same way already, therefore there is no issue.

God I hope you read Maintenance manuals better than you read here.

Hey moron, he did not answer my question. The question was and still is, "will the existing leads and CC's be grandfathered in???"

Find his (Tim's) answer to this very question from me and I will bow down and kiss your feet. Now who's the one with comprehension problems here Tommy???
Nothing to be grandfathered about.

Learn to comprehend. Javitz already did the seniority list a while back.

i want to hear what the other airlines got . You do realize that when delta got a raise are in fleets case United you got united plus 1 . We got delta plus 3 it should of been plus 7 has Parker promised.so I root for the other airline union members to get the best contract. The twu let all the industry down with there 2003 industry destroying contract. Then again in 2012. Further cuts with no snap back. So you better start caring. And you might not think high of Tim but the day are two before the raises in 2016 he reported it. So I can understand the concerns of other airline union employees wondering if this association will have a negative effect on the industry

Here's the company response to Delta's latest profit sharing program:

Thank you very much for sharing this. Something much better to talk about than the usual aggressive back and forth we’ve had here lately.

Delta has of yet not announced any further wage increases for next year as they usually have by this time. Delta Fleet stands currently at $30.15 TOS.

Would you drop the PS for 7% above DL?
