Actually, you've seem to be the one that hasn't had an idea of how these negotiations would play out.

Been telling you for more than 2 years that the IAM had much more to lose and little to gain so why would they want to rush towards a JCBA when being methodical was more in their interest.

You criticized them for not protesting. I've been trying to share that we'd be doing the same thing they were, if the tables were turned.

The Company puts out a proposal that shouldn't have come as a surprise since we've been predicting this for months and years and now you're going to tell us, "You do realize that there is absolutely no reason whatsoever for anyone on the IAM side to vote yes on it..."

Been telling you that while you were criticizing the IAM for not protesting last summer.

This is why!

Methodical almost sounds as if you’re implying that they were stalling? It’s the way you wrote it why I see it as you’re saying that. And who ever said they should rush? I recall you more concerned about Global events and Market changes than I’ve ever been. I will however give you and I’m sure you will harp on it in the future as a person with a need to be right all the time and never capitulate when you’re wrong, that I did think it would take less time than it has.

But I thought it would take less time than it has because I bought in to the BS that Parker and team were actually maybe willing participants to come to a deal in a more expeditious manner.

Yes I criticized them for not officially joining us in protest. Still think that was wrong of them personally. Would we have done the same? Well I guess you can view people any way you chose to.

As far as the proposal. Absolutely it comes as a surprise. Absolutely 100% to me. And who’s “We’ve”? You’re one person, not someone who walks around with a bunch of symbionts up your ass.

And what the hell is up between you and Tim? Jesus H does he have some type of crush on you. At least you’re smart enough to never respond to him. Not like me.

Fleet, all of maintenance(numerous classifications) and Maintenance Trainers.

What is so hard for you to grasp what has happened, how long we’ve had it and no other represented groups and non-union had it for over 13 years now?

I’m glad the President of 568 isn’t in Negotiations as he would be the ring leader of the “Give it away Gang” and would acwese to the company’s demands.

We were on the verge of going out of business in 2004 and 2005 and yet we kept it.

Why don’t you just go into management?

It seems that would be a better fit for you.

2005, 2008 and 2014.

All agreed upon by none other than Jerry Glass himself.

And once again if we kept it during the worst of times, why give it up during the best of times?

Exactly again. There is no reason at all in the slightest and even MORE so today that that cost savings should disappear.

And this is not LAA BTW.

How many Members for the IAM? 10,000, 15,000?

Do you believe they'd rather hold the Line with 10,000 or have to deal with renegotiating medical with 100,000 that are already in the plans the airline wants them in?

Why did they not have to renegotiate at LUS with all those other groups against the IAM plans?

What’s the difference between the two stories that changes the dynamics so much now?

Oh that’s right. Now we work for an Airline that earns multiple BILLIONS in PROFIT per year.

Ooohhhh. It survived before, so it has to survive now.

Sorry. I must of missed that. Makes perfect sense. o_O

My apologies.

In 2015 and 2016 AA has spent $8.3 BILLION on stock buybacks.

They have repurchased 37% of AA stock.

And in the first nine months of 2017 they spent $1.4 billion on repurchasing shares.

Maybe instead of spending over $10 billion on stock buybacks and giving APFA and APA raises outside of their CBAs, they should have spread the wealth and taken care of the Association represented employees first.

Obstinate and arrogant.

We almost went out of business in 2002 and again in 2004 and 2005, yet our insurance remained.

Agreed to by Glass and Parker.

NYer=Give away Gang.

Great. Then there is nothing to worry about.

The History is on their side. History has shown their success at keeping it. History has been made on it not one, not two but three times now.

You’re of course entitled to your “opinion” on why you don’t believe this time it can survive but you’re not giving enough of a reason against history to back up your argument.

Unless we’re going back to your term “Must Have” Now that’s a tuffy to beat there.

700,
Sito and Mr baskett will give it up. Mark my words

History?

OK.

US Airways no longer exists.

The history at American Airlines points towards everyone being pushed into the same medical insurance.

Jerry Glass is leading Negotiations again like he did in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008 and 2014.

Glass was involved in all of those dates and Parker was involved in 2005, 2008 and 2014.

So the leadership is the same as it was.

Only difference now is record profits and they wasted over $10 billon on stock repurchases.

I don’t grasp why you can’t understand what has transpired since 2005?

History is on LUS’ side as shown by the details.

And now the TWU leadership has come to the same conclusion, except 568’s President.

OK, then everything is peachy and we're all going to get the LUS medical. Great.
