It survived three rounds of concessions in two different bankruptcies, a JCBA merger with HP and the Section 6 CBA in 2014.
If we kept during the worst times, why should we give it up in th best of times?
Hey red mark baby. Why don’t you quote me?
I said it would be nice to get but I don’t think it will stay. I still see it as being in trouble. Hey Watcher, when did we vote on that contract that we voted to keep it. We will talk then. Folks like you twist it and try and convince others LAA employees don’t want it. Yes Watcher I want to keep mine and vote yours away.Geez!
We were told during the briefing last week they felt the ta,d agreements would remain but it was not required by no means
It’s the very same lead negotiator for the company that agreed since 2005 for us to keep it.Never said you should give it up.
Only saying it is a priority in LAA as they've been trying to get all groups under the same plans. They're one group away and I think they would rather hold the line on this rather than face the APA, APFA and CWA-IBT as those groups would want a comparable plan.
We can hold the line for years if that's what the decision is. However, I'd be surprised if a JCBA would have anything other than the current LAA medical. Whether that is in 2018 or 2028.

Stop whining about red marks, they don’t bite. By the way, if and when they bring a JCBA back to vote on, it will either be on there or not, then you vote. It really is that simple.
Now you are making things up, prove it...Hey red mark baby.
You have not supported it, why would you want to keep higher cost lower coverage insurance?
And you’ve complained about the disparity of vacation sick time, holidays and overtime.
You would most certainly vote it away and our pension if you all got the sick time, overtime, holidays and vacation in a heartbeat.
And hoodwinked Gary Peterson to bite on a prediction as well. Gary seems to have learned not to trust weezel anymore. And as long as GP keeps putting out videos, that should keep weez checked from makin dumb predictions. He believed we'd be done at the end of 2015, the end of 2016, early 2017, June 2017, late summer 2017, before the end of 2017, early 2018...

You just flipped. Lmao.I’m going to be a team player on this issue. I want ALL of us to have cheaper medical. What we pay now on the TWU side is blindingly ridiculous.
Agree W, it’s not right we don’t more than 5 weeks VC, and I have no clue what LUS has, but hell yes give me the LUS medical before another week of VC. I don’t work OT, but some how Watcher thinks that important to me. The man makes crap up...but oh well. yes, I would love to have their medical.I’m going to be a team player on this issue.
