Rat, remain cognizant that "Divide and Conquer" is almost as powerful contractual abrogation in BK.

I have been reading this thread for much longer than I have been posting. It is very clear that a handful of avatars along with ONE poster in particular, is attempting to perpetuate distrust, and to create an environment of doubt. This is the oldest form of DIVISION tactics known to humankind.

Dude... it's a propaganda war, and the winner will either be a united work-group, or the dividers... the battleground is your mind!

>SPIT<
You and the other negotiators put out the medical chart. Now, on other FB pages, many laa are showing that their 80/20 plan is similar to my 80/20 plan but with them paying more....but basically a couple hundred dollars.....not $600 more a month as you guys stipulated.
Which is it? Can you guys put out a comparison of all plans?

I think many posters, rank and file members and even some Leaders were under the impression that the TWU was not going to fight on this issue (When they got to it) Well they’re now in Negotiations up to that issue and should be showing everyone what the intentions always were.

There just never was a point discussing or especially harping on it earlier as everyone should have remembered what was in the original proposal presented to Management over 2 years ago now.

Buckle up.
Put the political filter on and you will see clearly. We were made aware last week that the dol gives merit to my case and didnt toss it out. Therefore they are in negotiations with the iam to extend my postponement. This is a fact.
I suspect those negotiations will produce an agreement sometime around the 3rd week of April. I also suspect that a election will happen april 2019.
Therefore, our negotiations are on ice once again. Until then, you can continue predictions on your phantom deals.
Carry on!

Tom I’ve already given you those numbers in picture form if you want to compare just yesterday.

I believe they compared your 80/20 plan to our best offered Value Plan because on out of pocket expenses those two match up the best?

The companies said the new board of directors will have 12 members: Three from American, including Horton; four from US Airways, including Parker; and five appointed by American's creditors.

I hate you’re caught up in all the mud slinging and such that seems to be going this last few pages.Youre someone I think I’d enjoy working with.
I’m smart enough to admit I have no ideal how this will eventually turn out.
Hopefully it’s something to doesn’t create animosity between US and AA brothers and sisters long term.
Thanks rat. I sent you a PM

Good morning Piedmont, anything you would like to discuss, sir?
We seem to have different opinions on some things. I’m all ears when you feel comfortable enough to discuss. In the meantime, you have a fantastic day!

Everyone has an opinion... you know the old adage... they are like butt holes... everyone has one!
As far as discussing, and debating... not at his time... thanks anyway...

Actually neither name bought the other name since the names are just how to differentiate the products.

The owners of the two Airlines. Creditors, Shareholders decided to hand the keys to the enterprise over to Doug Parker and his team.

From there a new Board of Directors was established and eventually many of the old AMR Management team’s services were no longer required and they were released to seek out their fortunes elsewhere.

“American Airlines Group Inc. is the holding company of American Airlines and was established in Dec-2013, following the merger of AMR Corporation (American Airlines) and US Airways Group Inc. (US Airways). AMR owns 72% of the parent company, while US Airways shareholders own the remaining 28%. The company is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market (NASDAQ: AAL).

Airlines under the American Airlines Group operate an average of nearly 6,700 services per day to 339 destinations in 54 countries from hubs in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Washington DC. Wholly-owned subsidiaries under the American Airlines Group include the following:

  • American Airlines;
  • US Airways (Merged into American in 2015);
  • Envoy;
  • Piedmont Airlines;
  • PSA Airlines.
American Airlines Group also holds a 10% stake in Mesa Air Group (carried over from the stake held by the former US Airways Group), operating under the American Eagle brand, as well as a 2.68% stake in China Southern Airlines (effective following completion of prerequisite contractual requirement).

Subsidiaries
Airline IATA ICAO
American Airlines AA AAL
Envoy MQ EGF
Piedmont Airlines PT PDT
PSA Airlines n/a JIA”
Thanks Weez..
I stand corrected....

Couldn’t agree more, Piedmont.
Anytime you want to dispute anything that you marked “disagree”, I’m available and we can do it in an adult non name calling way. We can even do it through PM’s if you’re more comfortable that way...you have a great one sir!

Practice what you preach.

Hey 700, I ask you to prove everything you commented on about me and silence. Piedmont explained himself, you just flat out lie. Move on, I haven’t the time to entertain you.

Lie?

You haven’t refuted anything.

You are the one who took his bat and ball and went home cause you couldn’t win.

You’ve given me numerous reds the past two days and didn’t comment or discuss.

So refute it ken.

You insult poster like Dave saying he is garbage and yesterday your ad hominem attack saying he was raised as a homeless child, our statements speak for your lack of character.

Inside sources say that the IAM and TWU and AA/USAIR met behind close doors and came up with this plan to see how it would float.
Believe or not I could care less. But prove, it did not happen.
We are all being lied to.

I have to be honest here. I almost never use that stupid X unless it’s to try and get under someone’s skin. (But I like to be more creative then that)

If either of you are doing it to each other I wish you would both stop it.
