I’m a MIA Member and I face negatives every single day this continues to drag on. My negatives apparently aren’t being considered by either my Local President or the 568 Executive Board if they can’t even feel bothered to attend the Roadshow much less actually speak for me.

But hey at least they gave out some more shirts the other day. Hallelujah.

And I'm sure you've addressed those concerns, like at a Membership Meeting or the Local's very own Town Hall in which several hundred Members shared their point of view which they could share with Association.

You must have.

Seems strange you face negatives while at the same time you fill these pages with just how great you're doing, how comfortable you are and how you'd wait years for the right deal.

Since I called out some presidents I just wanted to say I did receive a pm from one of them, who I won't mention unless he wants me to, and he addressed some of my concerns. This is a public thank you.

Actually I’m quite fortunate to have direct access to my Local President and don’t have to attend his vanity Political project Town Hall where he can pretend to actually be trying to engage the pulse of his Membership.

It was a go nowhere fruitless waste of anyone’s time who may have attended.

Perhaps if I had ever saw my President walking the ramp and engaging the past two years I would feel differently. But no one has seen him in over 2 years now. Election season is coming up though as he’s starting to now finally stir to life.

Yes President Jimenez’s “Town Crier” was nothing but a Circus Show. If that guy actually walked the field like a damn REAL Leader should he wouldn’t need to go pitch a tent and bring in the Elephants and Acrobats for the amusement of the crowd.

No, AGC's and I guess Local Presidents don't have a built in knowledge of the point of view of the masses. AGC's and I guess Local Presidents are out of town a lot and a long way from home. It's alwys good to try to attempt to gain a fresh perspective by presenting yourself to the people, in front of the people. If your Local Prez did that then that's pretty cool.

You just have a bone to pick with your Local prez, that's all. You haven't been able to admit when you are wrong.

My Local President is right around the side of the front entrance to the Airport on 36th Street. My Local President only now finally was added to the Negotiating Committee so there’s no excuse that he’s out of town. My Local President is highly active on Social Media and has two FB pages where he engages the Membership but he STILL has no clue what they think? My Local President has not been nor done a field walk in the entire over 2 years now since he took office.

I ask people all the time. Nobody has seen him in 2 years. (Unless you go to him)

YES I absolutely DO have a bone to pick with a President like that. As should we all and especially you who hates and goes after do nothing Asshat Union Reps with a vengeance.

My bad, Tim, I meant an AIP. The T/A might come after some more nego's, BUT, I still expect our NC to NOT endorse the current offer.

You should actually read it all but absolutely you need to read from page 44 down even if your Union did chose to release the offer for your consideration.

Again the NMB did not/cannot legally force anyone to take a deal. That “could” occur later on in the process when it gets to a PEB.

Without starting an argument, it has been over 5 years, since people have had a raise, we won the scope protections, most of the back pay is there, so it comes down is it worth the rejection. I guarantee the mediator said send it out or you sit.If it passes because people are just fed up, the language is not devastating.

Couldn't care less. YES it's worth the rejection. How the fuk can you guarrantee the mediator said, "put it out or you sit"? If it passes? C'mon man, that's exactly what the co. wants. You really do need to get better informed and a hell of a lot more info on what is really going on in nego's. Please, for God's sake, get a hold of you ALR and drill him with all your questions...

Curious as to why a banker is wanting to know why small stations be closed in fav of hubs etc. I believe in today day in age w billions being made, w D.P. stating "this airline will never again lose money, with him also stating and acknowledging that PS is not as close to other air carriers as it should be....as the Association is fighting then why should any station large or small be shuttered . why not DP get off ur lazy bones and give the best deal. Why not improve employee mgmt relations . dp says 1 thing . but actions are totally opposite
