JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet. **New and improved 2.0 version**

That's the current Association position but each CBA stands alone and can be reached at independent intervals.

If the negatives are taken away from the Fleet positions it becomes harder to keep everyone tied with one another and if we go into Section 6 it would be probable the negotiations would be separated.

I think you should begin to gear up and maybe accept the fact that we will far more than likely all be remaining together in unison coming out of Negotiations with American.

It’s more of an IAM philosophy that TWU has learned to fully embrace.

Unity.

Says the person who has been consistently wrong about this process since the very beginning.

You’ve never worked in a line station, either.

Exactly! Don’t forget where you’ve come from.

Yes. Over my career, I’ve been in line stations, gateways, and a hub.

You win Kev. I’ll never really agree with many of your viewpoints personally, but you win anyway.

I don’t “really” enjoy fruitlessly arguing even if people think I do.

On the timeliness to reach agreements yes. But unlike you I don’t argue with people who are currently and have been from the beginning part of the process and have seasoned experience with Parker, Isom, Glass and others.

That’s F’n stupid of you bro.

The only person that argues on this page is yourself.

The only person that ridicules others is yourself.

The only person that believes he's right and everyone who doesn't agree must be stupid is yourself.

If you disagree with my posts, then just ignore them.

There’s no need to get emotional. You have consistently argued with both CB and P. Rez on these Forums. I’m wondering if when you finally met them both in person you also proceeded to immediately want to argue with them?

On this topic they have told you that the History is and the NMB knows this that all represented groups will wait for the other to conclude before reaching agreements to be submitted to the Memberships.

Why does this seem to be so difficult for you to comprehend?

Yes groups can reach deals while others are still talking but those deals have no Legal avenue to be forced to be released and will “more than likely” just remain on hold.

Haven't argued with those guys, you've tried to bring them into the conversation as that seems to be your point to disagree.

In this case, the past is not relevant because of the changes in the bargaining agent certifications.

The NMB certified 3 separate bargaining agents for the Association and extinguished the prior certification that allowed for groups to bargain collectively.

The intent of the Association may be to go through the process concurrently as they start Section 6, but the NMB can separate the three groups to assist in reaching their goal of a CBA.

Others may have different opinions and that's fine but you're the only one trying to pit people against each other.

You want to begin to go back on all your posts regarding basically them losing their Medical plans? You might even have a few hundred arguments going on it. But ok let’s forget it cause I don’t want to read you on that subject any longer.

Of course the NMB can schedule the groups separate dates and places.

Fleet can be in Napa Valley California and Maintenance can be up in Presque Isle Maine. So what.

There is NOTHING that forces a group to send a deal out for ratification if the other groups don’t also have deals. NOTHING!!!!!!!

So one group reaches an AIP and refuses to announce waiting on the other groups to join them.

It really is just that incredibly simple NYer.

Yet he is also ignorant on everything because he always thinks he is right but never researches anything. I'm not against weez but he basically just parrots what lehive tells him to say.

BTW NYer you do know I hope that they never were bargaining together from the beginning anyway right? They didn’t sit in the same rooms with each other.

They negotiated their “separate” issues in “separate” rooms and then conferenced (sometimes drank) with each other at the end of the day.

Oh and for each group that the NMB individually gets to reach that AIP their work is over and they can check mark their box as done.

They’ve achieved what they needed to achieve until the Membership choses the next course.

LeHive now? And I think a few times you’ve said I due diligently do my research.

Now go away.
