You need to reread Mr basketts update. He says sito is the Chief Negotiator.
Alex is submissive to sito. Not sure what his height has to do with anything as I'm not sure if alex is submissive to sito in other ways but that may be your concern, not mine. Sorry.

He’s the Chief “IAM” Negotiator. The TWU “Alex Garcia” holds the Association Director Chair. Sito Pantoja holds the Association “Vice” Director Chair.

Do you know what that means or do you need it in Crayon?

Or to make it simpler for you Kook. Who’s name is written first as is customary?

That's not what mr baskett said in his email and that's not what that anti union prick is telling people.
I dont even think sito knows how to say "alex". I'm sure alex doesnt even have the documentation of sito pleading with the united members to ratify their jcba and eat their health care or the next one may be worse. He even said he is powerless since they cant strike.

Tell me weez, what is a good exit strategy since the company and union are deadlocked. How do YOU get out of this?

You see a few weeks of no talks at this stage as “deadlocked”? Are you for real? You’ve seen Industry Negotiations where the two sides don’t speak for Months and you call a few weeks “deadlocked”? LMAO.

Chicken Little watch out or the sky might hit ya.

Btw, alex is the chair but he delegated chief negotiating to mr dopey.

HE DID???? Where did either of them write that? So you I guess think Alex, Mike and Gary have had nothing to do with those Executive level Negotiations? You think the TWU is just letting the IAM run the Movie? Dude seriously. You REALLY believe that don’t you? lol.

Boy you really have a Dictatorship viewpoint of everything don’t you Little Napoleon?

Now aren’t you in Rome? Go play.

Alex and the other 2 have a role. All I'm saying is that Sito's role is chief negotiator. Alex thinks Sito is a star I guess or maybe alex didnt think he was experienced enough.....i don't claim to know why alex is the beta dude but he is.
At any rate, yes deadlocked. Superfly said the union update was correct insomuch that the company presented a take it or leave it....and that was final. Sito dropped his dopey f bombs and Johnson wasnt going to be in the room witnessing sitos barbie tantrum. Since then superfly said the absolute final offer was to extend lus 1 more year and pick up clt and phl cargo. All should b considered hearsay.
I hope alex doesnt buckle cuz I'm keeping the lus healthcare as he continues to support sitos stall.

It was 5 days of sick time, not 10. I can also assure you that there wasn't much if any sick time abuse back then. I saw many that gave it a try, and were stopped dead in their tracks. I also knew of several people who were legitimately sick for a few weeks, and got paid for every hour of it. Sick time was there if you needed it.
As far as the "bogey numbers", they were given to both PI & US in any commonly staffed cities to guarantee no loss of extra wages following the merger. Given that there wasn't much OT on the PI side, the US guys made out far better on this deal.
Are you saying you were treated unfairly during the PI/US merger. Here at LGA we were about the same size flights and employees ,everyone was guite content even though the actual operation a F@@KED abortion

Not at all, just wanted to clarify the amount of sick days that the PI employees started out with, and the bogey number deal. I left my station a few months after the merger, and had to forfeit my bogey at that time.

I think his mind lives with some really strange bedfellows.
Weez Sito and company did say the UAL agreement was good and tried to sell it.Even the new CEO knew it was chit and moved to change it.I know the rank and file voted for it but they were misled by their union leaders the people they pay to watch out for them... atrocious

This is off topic again and we’ve also beaten the chit out of this horse too but I’m assuming you’re talking about their last agreement that was worked out under Oscar Munoz that passed by a high majority over 70% yes.

In consideration for what they had and were locked into YES this agreement was a dramatic improvement.

Al I consider you to be extremely intelligent and it’s almost offensive if you’re looking for this entire story to be covered again claiming you don’t know it.

Go to the Contract they had in place prior (Another that the majority voted yes too again BTW) and list the amount of improvements over any additional harms done?

The deck was stacked in favor of the YES camp and that guy Klemm did a good job despite I’m sure Tim thinking he’s a moron as well.
