The Piedmont ALPA MEC Chairman, in the latest PDT ALPA hotline update, denies that there were any such talks, whatsoever, even going on!USA320Pilot said:Moreover, the PSA MEC code-a-phone reported the MEC had an emergency MEC meeting on Thursday, July 22 and ratified under duress because Piedmont was within a day or two of signing an agreement to take the CRJ-700's and remaining CRJ-200 orders from PSA. Specific details are on the PSA MEC code-a-phone at 800-4JTSFLY-MEC, which provides a very interesting view of the new agreement between US Airways, PSA, and its pilots.
Respectfully,

Seems the PSA MEC along with certain other ALPA National officials may have a lot of explaining to do. Stay tuned for further possible legal developements.
Appears the ALPA agenda is "Anything for the mainline brothers, scr@w everyone else!"
