Enlighten us with the NMB'S past policies and practice as it relates to a smaller company "aquiring{ that means buying in laymans terms}" a larger company in financial trouble????

We don't really care for the past mergers, we are here NOW and care for what NOW and the FUTURE has for us.

Airbus Loans US money, not HP.

Republic buys US' assets, not HP's.

John Seabury lines up all the major investors to fund the exit of chapter 11 and the merger.

Who hired and paid Seabury and Associates?

Facts say US Airways Group, not America West Holdings.

I have edumacated my self on this merger.. Now US Airways Group, then US Airways Inc..
The investors were really beating down the board room door at old US to invest capitol BEFORE the merger announcement, now were'nt they.
not to mention HQ relocation, US changing alot of policies to reflect current HP policies, only one big VP from the OLD US to the NEW US. If it were not for DP and the thought of the "aquistion" going forward who would have got the funds necessary to achieve it

ACE, Air Wisky, et al.. have invested because they see the future returns on their investment, if not only by securing future work and income due to the flying and MX work. Republic pulled it's money out when the merger was announced and Air Wisky came in
