Tomorrow is the BIG day. We have 2 737 here in Atl ready to start flying at 6am. Let the new era begin on a good note. Good luck
I'll drink to that. Cheers.

i'm telling ya .... YOU ARE management!! I'd vote no just cause the crap your spewing irritates me .... like a MANAGER. a bad manager!I voted yes because I do not buy into all the chest pounding and whining and crying about how AT is getting everything and we're getting nothing. I don't care that they are being handed a big pay raise and other benefits. I do not buy into all the doomsday scenarios about how maintenance could be moved to ATL. I do not think we should block an arbitrator's ruling by never voting in a transition agreement, a yes vote avoids that poorly thought out plan. I voted yes because the low seniority guys will be negatively affected by an arbitrator's ruling, my seniority will not be affected either way. I do not believe AMFA can survive an AMFA on AMFA Seniority integration when the IBT bails out of representing AT, a YES vote avoids that. I voted YES because I do not think AMFA has the resources to deal with the SLI and also Section 6 negotiations for Appearance Techs, Acft Mechanics, Maintenance Controllers, Maintenance Trainers, Facility Maintenance Mechanics, AT Acft Mechanics, AT GSE Mechanics, AT Mx Controllers and AT Instructors all at the same time (not to mention the endless grievances that will be generated when the Company systematically violates our CBA).
Can you explain your reasoning? That might be helpful to understand your statement.i'm telling ya .... YOU ARE management!! I'd vote no just cause the crap your spewing irritates me .... like a MANAGER. a bad manager!

All I can do is shake my head... Absolutely disgraceful. Please, go read the forum for yourselves and please, someone show me how to block another member on this forum... Or better yet, Buscador, if you know how to block someone, save me the trouble and block me so I don't have to see your negative ranting any further and don't feel compelled to reply just to stop you from trying to sabotage this integration..
THANKS xUT , and wasnt it Kev that told me that I have the right to post and that is the great thing about these forums.IMHO, you can not block anyone but can use the ignore feature.
Ignore
Their posts are not automatically viewable. You can still view their posts but have to make a conscious decision to do so.

All I asked from Avtech is to stop insulting SWA employees and be considerate if many dont feel like singing kum by ya,, but he cant.
Do you feel the same about when someone continues to insult the companies employees that bought his company??I believe that was I: My link
I also believe in the right to ignore.
When someones continuously beats a dead horse, sometimes it's better to just ignore it.
JMHO,

I am done with the dead horse, everytime I try to move it gets brought to back to life. Ignore away
Hey AvTech;
I know the IBT has disbanned the regular nego team from any future talks. Is that still the word to this day? And, do you all know if you guys can still at least have membership observers?
The first big day is tommarrow. Hell, you never know man, this whole thing could pass. We have heard alot of yelling and screamin in the past over contracts, everyone (just like we are hearing now) screamin no's out there, then somehow it passes by the majority. It just goes to show you that once people get their ballots, sit in the privacy of their homes, they will in fact vote the way it effects them personally, not the way they think everyone else wants them to vote.
Hope you also know that other SWA employees posting on here does not reflect all SWA employees. If this is voted in, then so be it, there's nothing I could possibly do to change that. Once it's done, it's done. All AT mechanics will be welcomed onboard. Please realize that at this time it is just business. Once we are all one company, we all more than welcome the passion you have now for your company to transfer with you guys over to SWA. Also, if it is voted in I will be the one of the first ones to congradulate you all.
You 'employees' didn't buy anything.
Your 'company' bought another 'company'. EOS!
Believe me, I understand some of your 'we are the company' ideology and I know that many have sacrificed much to make LUV what LUV is. You have a great business and I hope the bitterness does not change that. Sincerely!!
Best Regards,
B) xUT
