since we're into suggestions and technical analysis, you might count the number of times people like you have either brought up DL in a discussion that didn't previously involve DL (just as one of the many snarky "DL can do no wrong" type of comments) or in your case and others, either a clear intent to manipulate the message I have stated or a severe reading comprehension issue.

You don't need to tell me which one because my strategy doesn't change one way or the other.

1. focus on the facts, no matter how much some might or might not want to see them
2. focus on the subject and vigorously fight against the personal attacks
3. not let up on the throttle until it gets right on here.

It should also be clear to you that I don't ignore anything or anyone.

I agree DL2WN.  Before these boards were sold they were moderated which helped to maintain some civility.  That never happens anymore. I’m a long time member and very infrequent poster.  I come here just to see what a train wreck these boards have become.

Agreed... now you find posts that you make related to topics deleted but the WT runs rapid on these boards.  No longer worth it. Topics ALWAYS turn into AA vs DL...  Ever wonder why other forums have not had posts in months?

I set him to ignore a long time ago.  While I can still see what he writes when others quote him, I ignore his original posts.  It's made for a much more productive use of these forums.

DL2WN, stay.  I put someone on ignore over a month ago and the boards have become more enjoyable.  If you leave because of someone's ignorance and blantent agenda to promote himself and prove their selfworth when clearly the facts show otherwise, they are going to sit behind their computer, laugh and put another notch in their keyboard for allowing a decent poster to leave.
 
I know that I have reported to the moderaters on more than one occasion on this board and it seems that it doesn't work.  To be honest, I don't know if there are Mod's anymore and if there are, why are they allowing the rantings to go on so long, when other boards have recognized what this same poster has done and taken appropriate action. 
 
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, as Colleen has stated over and over.  I refuse to leave and have chosen to IGNORE them and instead read and enjoy what I choose, not what someone demands we read.

The mods don't work 24/7, and there aren't as many as there used to be when the boards were owned by Kevin (who was interested in aviation) vs. someone just looking to get the revenue from ads and traffic.

When the pageviews and visits drop, the owners will notice, but by then it will be too late.

When the moderators do delete, it is because someone makes defamatory statements to or about other users or because of disclosing other people's personal information (the big taboo).

Anyone is free to ignore what they want but it would seem that the real solution is for some people on this board to learn to discuss topics with people who don't see everything in quite the same manner.

and all of the threats of diminished activity hasn't happened because there are always people who are willing to discuss aviation topics in a civil and cordial manner.

All that name-calling and belitting other people accomplishes is to scare off the people who would participate in a conversation but aren't interested in getting in the middle of someone else's fight.

FWIW two of the biggest individuals to troll the WN boards haven't been heard from in a long time (magsau - last posted 10/29/2009 and SKY HIGH - last posted 2/7/2014).  I guess we should at least be thankful for that.

The moderators of this board for the most are indeed fair. There are plenty of people who have been subjected to their actions and it is far from a one-sided action.

When the board deteriorates, the moderators do act.

TO pretend only one person is responsible is nothing but pure personal denial.

As soon as someone keystrokes DL,  WT must get some type of alert.. And as soon as that happens, the whole topic turns pro DL...
