Glad this is a underway, but the fact that any employee exercising their legal right to seek representation would have to jump through extra hoops to prove they're not a fraud is indicative of everything currently going wrong in this country.

Meanwhile, employees who have /blatantly/ called for defrauding of the system, and /blatantly/ spoken of violating company security policies get to carry on as if nothing ever happened...

Also: Anytime the DOJ would like to formally accept/start this investigation would be great.

Consider how hard it is for you to prove that you are a legal resident of the United States compared to in the past while Obama.gov has encouraged some to walk across the border and obtain the benefits you as a legal citizen have and what you are going thru w/ labor is not as far-fetched as you think.

this is one quarter and it doesn't even account for fuel.

DL has given no update on its operating margin which is far closer to how profit sharing is calculated than changes in revenue.

and the chances are very high that DL's non-contract employees will get a hefty pay raise because DL wants to settle its contract talks with the pilots and there is no scenario in which DL can settle a contract with the pilots without passing out some significant cash.

since DL's non-contract employees get the benefits of a union without the hassle or dues, I'm betting that their pay this year will go up more than it did last year.

wanna back up your assertion with some cash on the table?

They already got their raise of 2%-4% this year, while the last raise for US Fleet was 9.53% and a nice raise coming in September again.

and you conveniently forget that DL employees got more on Feb 14 that was only PART of their profit sharing than your union got for its employees.

and DL employees money is IN THE BANK.'

and DL employees will get hefty profit sharing this year as well.

there is no way that any union will get more than 15% in pay raises in one year but DL employees have received MORE THAN THAT in pay raises AND profit sharing.

come on big talker.

put your money on the table and take a stand.

or take a seat and wait until you are proven right or wrong.

Profit Sharing isn't a raise.

Keep up the spin, change and deflect.

You don't own the boards and for once stop lying already.

there is no spin and I didn't say it was a raise.

It is an increase in compensation that has resulted in combination with the schedule pay increase in an increase in total compensation for DL people very close to 20% - by far the largest increase in compensation for any airline employee group in the US.

not sure why you want to change the subject to compensation again but we've been down this road many times as well.
