Sure it did; not getting the response you hoped for doesn't mean I didn't respond.

Meanwhile, we have example after example of the company unequal enforcement of certain policies. Expecting that to change is not unreasonable.

Getting the answer you and the IAM have wanted hasn't stopped you for, what, 6 years now?

YOU have one example after another of bias because that is what you want to see.

Seeing the warts and freckles of the union movement (or at least being able to admit them here) is apparently beyond the capabilities of your 20/20 vision even if you use a microscope to examine the company.

Twist it any way you want. I asked if you have been personally mistreated and will take your "beat around the bush" answer as "No, your have not!"

Next!

Very simple, actually! Just check one of the two lines below. I believe even a 5th grader would be capable, let's see how you do!

__ I have, personally been mistreated by the company I work for.

__ I have not , personally been mistreated by the company I work for.

and the egotistical union (edited) continue to think they know better than people who have invested decades more than they at DL and some of them, like Q, didn't bother to even stick around in the industry after his union decimated NW's highest paid non-pilot workforce because of their failed strategies.

There is a reason why the majority of DL's employees have consistently chosen to not be represented by unions - and the union supporters here prove exactly why DL employees have made the right choice.

Maybe if you add a write in line you might be surprised of the answer. Just saying.

Not trying to vote a union in or out here, just an answer to a simple yes or no question. Just sayin'!

That involve a departure from his/her usual binary logic.Meanwhile, example after example of disparate treatment(s) continue to abound...

Shuckin' and Jivin'.....proving one again that you can never get a straight answer from a pro-union peep....yet they want to demand straight answers from the company they work for!

You used the word logic to somehow try to explain southwind. I see what you did there. Heads exploding and all...

"April has not been a good month for the International Association of Machinists.
On top of having the National Mediation Board referring fraudulently-signed authorization cards at Delta Air Lines to the Justice Department, as well as unceremoniously withdrawing from an election to unionize Boeing’s workers in South Carolina, a National Labor Relations Board judge has just ruled that the union violated the law by threatening a dissident union member with bodily harm, as well as unlawfully causing his firing."
