pulling the gun on a non-violent trespasser will very likely land you, not them, in jail.

You've never struck me as someone that needed a 30.06 to control the conversation. If I can think of a whole host of non-lethal solutions to someone not leaving your doorstep, surely you can too...swamt said:Re-read above Kev. I said after I asked them to leave once and they would continue to push then they are trespassing. When there appears to be an uninvited visitor and they do not listen the first time I will control what happens after that. I don't care who you are. If I don't answer the door I might miss the PCH 10 mil per year knock, wouldn't wanna miss that one lol...
That takes me back...xUT said:If you were a scab and I picketed your house and stayed on public property would you send your kid out to hose me down and tell me to get a job? LOL

someone shows up at my house and i ask them to leave and they don't, they will be meeting my friend, Colt 1911.......Kev3188 said:You've never struck me as someone that needed a 30.06 to control the conversation. Of course, all of this is based on the absurd premise that organizers are showing up and refusing to leave.
IMHO, that's a bit extreme...topDawg said:someone shows up at my house and i ask them to leave and they don't, they will be meeting my friend, Colt 1911.......
Most of the time, since i always open carry when legally able, people don't mess with mexUT said:IMHO, that's a bit extreme...
I just say no, shut the door and don't answer again.
Worked for over 60 years of my life...
I'll just let the "This is not a gun-free zone" sign, in my yard, do the talking, since the "No Solicitation" sign no longer seems to grab their attention!Kev3188 said:You've never struck me as someone that needed a 30.06 to control the conversation.
