Hotline for HP and US Airways Mechanics

If you take the anger from the past out, the only logical choice would be to keep the IAM. Do the research yourself about the pension options. The iam plan is funded to the max of 130% and the teamster plan is under funded from 24% and much higher. I would rather have my 5% 401K match money put in a solid fund. We will get to vote to enter the iam plan, don't know about the under funded teamster plan. In January of 2007 heavy maintenance mechanics will once again get paid for both their A&P. Our pay will be $25.23 per hour. Of course I feel this is 10 to 15 dollars an hour less than what we should have, but 911 and corporate greed changed that. The bottom line is change will not be good. DP said we aren't getting nothing for free, so as sad as it is we will have to wait until the contract is up to gain. :(
How would you evr take the anger from the past out??

The pilots are in negotiations that the company agreed to open and the CSR's came to an agreement and so did the FA's. So why would the mechanics have to wait?

Which allows unlimited outsourcing of heavy maintenance and WN has about 1,200 AMT for over 400 airplanes.

well if its always been that way and now they're last to go looks like nothings changed from here.
another blonde moment?
No, not a blonde moment.........sometimes you spin toward the blonde moments. :D But really.......the wink at the end!!

Sure ya did, that is why you keep saying there will be an election and nothing has transpired yet.

That is why I keep getting letters in the mail begging me to sign a card.

Go tell someone else your lies.
