Yeah, it's me scaring everybody. Didn't know I had that much power over everyone. Some sweaty little ramper with excessive body hair is scaring all these AWA flight attendants. :bleh:

If you have a problem, hit the ignore button. Seems you don't have a problem with your friend delldude and his smart-alecky one-line answers. What's the difference? Well, could be that one is from US and the other from AWA. You will be a joy to work with for any AWA mechs. You and your buds will be talking smack, the AWA mech will say something and you'll be down his throat. Be honest with you, I haven't met you face-to-face but something tells me I would really hate your guts.

From what I can see, the battle lines are being drawn in the sand over this ludicrous seniority issue. What is the big friggen deal with PHX and protecting and coddling the AWA F/A's......the US F/A's are happy where they are at flying a WIDER VARIETY OF TRIPS, there are going to be some that want to go to PHX and on the other side there are going to be some AWA F/A's wanting to come East to fly to Europe. But trust me on this, IT IS NOT an issue with the US F/A's! The F/A's that are staying just want to move on with this and hope for better job security....THAT'S ALL! All those rumors of US F/A's coming to PHX and kicking all of the more junior AWA F/A's out of PHX are just that RUMORS! Stop running scared and let this thing go through without a hitch! This whole issue of changing seniority will stir up a "Nasty Hornets Nest" that will lead to a BAD integration of F/A's! Those fences will then have to be put up to serve more as battle lines.....you cannot segregate to protect one over the other....IT JUST DOESN'T WORK! :down: Careful for what you ask for.....you'll end up regretting it down the road when another merger is thrown on the table! :huh:

Lets see, how many carriers are AFA represented? So they change the C&B's to satisfy HP. What makes HP so special or this "deal" so special? Not being smart but asking an honest question. We all have worked hard to be where we are at US and HP. So if there is a merger with another pair of AFA represented carriers they can just open up the C&B's to change for them too? Why did HP agree to AFA representation when it did? Regardless of the BS that times were different you accepted it. Whether 20, 10, 5 or even a year ago, the airline business is VERY fluid and change can always occur. Because HP "all of the sudden" does not like the DOH policy the US folks should lose some of their seniority? Yeah, that seems fair. I have 8 years and get pushed back to somewhere around 6 while someone at HP with 5 years gets pushed up to somewhere around 6 or 7? Your entitled to those extra years why? This is crazy. If a miracle occurs and the DOH is changed then we all will have no choice. Won't the other AFA represented carriers have a say in this as well? I hope this is the least of our concerns soon! ! !
