How are flight benefits for US employees currently structured? Is there any type of service charge, or are the number of flights limited? How about upgrades? What about fees for intl. destinations?

In comparison, HP emloyee are totally free and unlimited; we use Flexipasses to upgrade to FC. Parents fly for $15 OW; each flexi they use counts as $20 towards their travel.

i think its pretty much the same, free, even for parents, and $20-25 upgrade to first class
