As i remember the east scoop reporter at the hearings said the east was kickin' a$$ and taken names. DOH was assured. "We are comfortable with our position" was the war cry.

Then it be easy for you to show me where anyone said that DOH was assured, right? I'll be waiting and remember Integrity Matters!

We didn't have a DOH after Trump, so many of us indeed didn't think that DOH was A given.

Now to my thinking, this language can cut both ways and provide USAPA with some latitude in moving from a strictly DOH seniority regime.​

Hardly. My young ones largely had their pick of universities, rather than merely community colleges, as did I, as well as airlines much later.
