Every man has his price.

Just to be clear, rats come in all shapes, sizes, and can be union and non-union.

Yes, but the biggest rat is the TWU Rat!

Cheers, Dan Cunningham

Are you the Dan Cunningham I've heard about that was elected Local President and then removed for incompetence by your own Executive Board before finishing your first (and last) term in office?

I have read the letter presented to Dan by his toothless e-board stating the reasons he was removed. Have you Chicky? It was basically a cowardly, whining diatribe that could have been written by the likes of yourself, Overspeed, High Speed Steel and the rest of the bootlicking ,prostating at the altar of the bus, porcellain chalis (made to the highest American Standard) drinking, Grand Pubah worshiping TWU horde. I hope Dan still has a copy of afore mentioned letter and uploads it. It would be a good laugh.
One thing about the old breed of TWU reps: Johnny O.(RIP), Ed Koziatek, Sonny Hall etal; they look like Jimmy Hoffa, compared to Chicken Little, I once had a pony tail and had AMFA meetings at my house Gless, Too Phat Sha-Don Vidatich, Joe, I never met a bag I didn't smash Gordon, etc.

This guy still believes that "Change From Within" is buried in the sand.
He was photographed searching once again for the easier, softer solution that does not really even exist. He is in complete denial that his union needs to be replaced. He still wants to believe in that which is not true.

Sounds like appointed twu officers and alias using
fear spewing twu supporting cowards.
Okay sellout. Trampled all over the profession by accepting $3,500 from AMT profession destroying AA Corporate and the ARSA to fund a memorial for Charles Taylor. Ken you are the ultimate sellout and that is not fear brother, that's a fact. You have listed who the donors are and the amounts on your AMTA (an organization you created to promote your own need to be worshipped) website. You took money from people who seek to degrade our AMT profession and lower our pay through outsourcing. You sacrificed ethics so you could fund the memorial and that my brother is the pinnacle of cowardice and fear. You were afraid to give back the money because you didn't want to offend AA Corporate or the ARSA.

Ken you are weak and run from confrontation all the time.

Where is Gary, Ruiz, Ken, Jorge, and Chuck? They usually have their lips kissing Bob's ass telling him how awesome he is? Did they distance themselves from him now that Bob is on the fast track to a coveted Int'l job?

Slow down. I said "touche" as in "you got me there."

Yes Art 42 is gone but as you know it can be circumvented as in Sept 11th and the APA strike. Didn't you get a RIF notice back in the mid 94 when the APA went on strike for like 10 minutes? Art 42 is good under normal circumstances but as you should well know that we are not. The Company went to BK to abrogate items like Art 42 and they would have gotten it. They wanted to RIF over 4,000 so it had to go or at least have needed to modified to a new date like say 1990 for the AFW AO closure.

And I have enough time where I will get bumped off days at worst. We have yet to see how many will take the early out so RIFs will be minimized somewhat.

Don't worry, Bob is going to move to the Int'l and fix it now that he has kissed Little's ring and we work hard to unite the Locals and change from within.

Doesn't matter what Bob does, I'm happy you'll be ok! thats what its all about anyway! Sharon had a good argument with 42, and open language, but it doesn't matter now.

You failed to let your local know that they were giving away everything a union stands for, for false promises by the company. That were not even written yet!!! You and your local should be ashamed of yourselves

Sharon had a lot of great arguments but she also said taking the deal was preferable to risking abrogation which she felt was an almost certainty.

Ashamed? No. The open language will be finalized by the great group of Local Presidents we have like sellout Bob.

And so the question begs, why then did the TWU need to be indeminfied by AA and the additional $5 millon in case the TWU gets a lawsuit filed against them?

That sounds like a Union that has doen something seriously wrong.

Besides the ratification what else did they screw up?

Screw up? That's qualitative.

She doesn't have to live under it. We will never know if Sharons arguements would have resulted in a less concessions because we wimped out. My whole arguement was they were asking for too much, stuff that nobody else lost in BK, thats exact;y what the judge cited with the pilots.

BK is there to allow debtors to get out from under onerous contracts, not to give debtors the ability to impose them.
