Eagle Company Proposed Pay Scale

$26.86 top-out DOS+54 months.....15 year scale
Another Jim Little -TWU milestone.

Did you guys start your AMFA drive yet?

AA Fleet service started their Allied Ground Workers drive.

The AA mechanics are up to 52%.

The AA dispathers vote gets counted next week.

Horizon voted out the TWU last year.

The TWU was rejected by Continental and Pinnicle.

Do you guys want to be the only ones left from AMR in the TWU? This union hates aircraft mechanics. For years they have transferred work away from A&Ps to other lower paid workers.

If all the other drives are successful the TWU will be reduced by over a third.

Little had EVERY THING to do with this. He is suppose to LEAD. He did not. PERIOD! He did what he was told to do. Not by the membership, who he works for, but buy the company because little is not a leader. He is an industrial union APPOINTED puppet. When did the membership vote for him? Maybe when we get our FULL RE-VOTE we can vote for him too.

This was the company's proposal to the TWU, Little didn't have anything to do with it...for a change.
If that is what the company proposed to the TWU then it is unlikey that the final result will be much different.

Remember those overhaul bases and the potential for additional dues.

How is eagle/TWU structured?

Are you all in one local?

If not how many and how are they set up?

Any word as far as AMFA over there?

The rumor is that the union rejected the offer. The union's proposal to the company was supposedly the lowest they will go. At any rate, I hear that the company's offer caused a near riot. I'll know more when I go back to work, I have been off for this whole fiasco.

No, multiple locals, five I believe.

"Any word as far as AMFA over there?"

A little, not a lot. It will all hinge on the negotiations I think.
