Looking at the line side of things. It appears that the company can have up to 12 percent of the current head count hours done in international locations.

Add to the above the line maintenance outsourcing per attachment B, located near the end of the proposed contract.

I think that the "outsourcing" percentage going to 50 percent compared to 35 is quite a leap, on the LAA side.

I would agree. That's the first time I heard a number on outsourcing. If they really are asking for 50% from the current 35% I don't even see the NC letting that one come out for a vote.
